Taco Bell — Restaurant in Antioch

Just got the grilled cheese steak burrito. I also got lunch for my two co-workers. I was in the drive through, when I was handed my bag I checked to make sure everything was there and I told the lady that my burrito wasn't in the bag. She looked and told me yes it is. So I rushed back to work, gave my co-workers their lunch and finally found my burrito. I didn't see or feel it the first time I looked in the bag was because it was so flat that I mistakes it for a very thin taco. This burrito was $6.99!!! I feel so cheated and ripped off. I hope they let me attach pictures to this review. I will never go to best Taco Bell ever again which is a shame cuz I work rite down the street and its very convenient but I will never order that burrito ever again either. Every time I go here, my order is messed up. The staff will then argue with you (and each other) about the order you just placed. The last time I went, I ordered nachos... what I got? Fries. I asked them to fill up the Baja Blast for the soda machine and the lady asked me if I even knew how to use the machine. She then proceeded to yell at another staff member, fill up my cup at the fountain behind the counter (that also wasn’t properly functioning).Time before that, my sister ordered a Crunchwrap and wound up instead with a quesadilla.

First they toke a quit long on attending me, till I approached to the counter that way they can see me.
