Subway — Restaurant in Antioch

Three back experiences here. First one last year on our way to Tahoe last minute food for the road the healthy way. They were not wearing gloves and were all coughing while making everyone's food.

2nd time went there with the kids. we had coupons from a school coupon book we bought from Antioch unified school district. They would'nt honor the coupons they said they were not doing those coupon they are only good in othe subways not deer valley. oh and again not wearing gloves. and both employees are just talking spanish to each other 3rd time last week with co-workers we went it and noticed one of the same workers the other one never seen before. Ok maybe things changed. The began speaking spanish to each other while we were deciding on what to get. The lady well I think it's a lady began speaking spanish to my co-worker which is Asain did'nt even look spanish and then starting toasting her bread and my firend previously told her not to toast it. Long story short customer service NOT EVERYONE IS SPANISH TRY SPEAKING ENGLISH FIRST THEN SPANISH IF THEY ARE!!! Just saying!! Wallmart and Target are...

I've eaten at several Subways over the years. We chose Subway because you can usually count on them being consistent. Most have been very good but this one is unquestionably the worst. They took half of our order and then 3 people walked in and they took their order and made their sandwiches before they took the rest of our order. Ours were both 6-inch sandwiches but with different bread. The first one was about 5 inches long. If their employees can't cut a 12-inch piece of bread approx. in half, they should give them something to help them. Congrats to whoever ended up with the 7-inch sandwich. The 2nd half of our order was a Hot Shot Italian, which I've had often. This one was ridiculous. The H.S. Italian comes with a generous amount of meat... anywhere else. There were 2 very thin pieces of meat that stacked on top of each other were no more than ⅛ inch. To top it off, the entire sandwich (bread, meat and vegetables) was about 1 inch thick. I don't know if someone sat on the bread or stepped on it, but I would believe either...

Ordered online went to pick up. She refused to make my sandwich because she was the only employee working. Mind you there was only one other costumer in the store. I told her I already paid. She said I don't care call my manager to figure it out the number is on the counter. So I did to get my money back. The manager used all kinds of excuses and then told me she would call me back still no way of getting my money. When she called me back, she said she was going to have another store void my transaction, and then proceeded to say that the business is hard and they're not making money. I proceeded to tell her that no wonder you're not making money you're not excepting online orders and then hung up. I wouldn't even give her one out of five...
