This is a review of my experience on Friday August 28th.
My family & I went to this particular BK in that it was close to home and prior to the pandemic, it had served us well. The service during the summer was not great & orders consistently were mixed up. I figured a roll-o-the dice was in order for a venture to their drive-thru. I like to live dangerously.
Well, all was well in getting in the order (screen showed everything as requested). Money was exchanged for the fast food deal. It looked as if they got it right. Yay for BK!!! But lo and behold, my wife's cynicism inspired a look into the wrappers of char-broiled delight to find, to my dismay, no bacon resting upon the twin patties adorning a bun. No bacon, no problem... let's just go back and let them know. Hey, just need some bacon right?
I found that I was not the only customer to have to return to the business in order to rectify a culinary error. At least two others seemed to be having their orders fixed. The employees were very understanding and polite in hearing of the lack of bacon upon a bacon cheeseburger. No problem, just pull up & you'll get a fixed one. It was handed off & I was delighted for but just a moment; however, upon opening it once more, no bacon was present. I wave the white flag at this point. I enjoyed the meal, although there was no bacon, I ate and was satisfied.
I will more than likely go back when in the mood for a surprise; however, I feel for whoever is competent down there having to work with the malarky giving rise to...
Read moreI love the flame broiled burgers.... but this location sucks. Firstly issue was that I pulled into the drive thru and was told that the guy in the window was the only employee and that their system was down. Was told to go somewhere else....... Okay, so I felt bad for the guy and hoped his evening got better. Then i came back almost 2 weeks later, ordered 2 whopper meals, but was given Jr. Whoppers. I parked so that I could go in and get the order corrected. I was told that that's what I ordered and that I "wasn't getting free food." I didn't want free food, I wanted my correct order that was on my receipt that I already paid for. Ended up leaving with said Jr. Whoppers.
Finally last night, I was with my fiance and we stopped at this location. We were ordering food for his sister, as well, so we asked if we could do 2 different orders. The guy flipped on us, letting us know to never try ordering 2 meals in the drive thru because of holding up all the other cars in line waiting... but there were no other cars present when we were there. We explained that we were out there alone and he screamed at us saying, "Well that's extremely unusual but doesn't change the fact that we're normally busy!!!" He went on to chastise us regarding feeling entitled to waste everyone's time and making his job excruciatingly difficult.
Will not...
Read moreOrdered a regular burger. Got to the car and it was cold. Went back inside asked for one that was hot, they took the burger put it in the microwave and gave me a new wrapper. Got to the car again and opened and there was nothing in the burger. No condiments not what I ordered. Classic chicken sandwich had yellow lettuce on it which was the core part of the lettuce. Was not happy at all with my order. What is the point of going back for them to correct so they can look at you like you did something wrong. When you spend over 22.00 for fast food they could at least get it right. It's not like...
