Taco Bell — Restaurant in Antrim Township

This Taco Bell and other food places at this exit are a joke. Subway, McDonald’s closed early and then this Taco Bell closes there dine-in hours at 10pm. Drive thru at midnight And when your a trucker trucking at night and want something to eat they won’t even open the window or unlock there door. No they just point at the hand written sign taped on drive thru window “for your safety walk up services not allowed” when not one damn vehicle is even in the drive thru. So ya screw all the truckers that are hungry around this place. So ya next time I’m just gunna pull in Taco Bell lot with semi and trailer and park my semi right in drive thru and set my brakes and they better damn serve me food and I’ll eat my food in there drive thru then back my truck and trailer out the way I come in when I’m damn good and ready. Maybe after a few of us truckers that have balls and will do this few times and mess up they’re drive thru services for a while will give them the light bulb thought “hey we should start serving truckers better and let dining in hours go til closing time so truckers won’t bring in there semi and trailer into drive thru...

friend of mine and i just stopped in we waited at the cash register for over 15 minutes not one employee even acknowledged us then we were asked to use the kiosk I said I couldn't because I was paying with cash waited another ten minutes when finally my order was taken that was wondering why it cost so much when I got my receipt realize they had charge me for more food than what I asked for so rather than wait another 20 minutes I left it go then when I finally got the food it wasn't the way I asked them for would gladly give zero Stars if I could they claim that they couldn't do anything because they were short-staffed yet the two male teenagers manage to walk into the lobby and say you can pay with cash at the kiosk which I would really like to know how you could do that considering they don't take money credit card only they had multiple people going out to smoke cigarettes but didn't have the time for the customer standing in the lobby really wasn't all that busy either used to come there a lot now I find it a sad pathetic fast food I will never...

This is an update from a negative review posted weeks ago. I had grievances with this particular location because the door had caught onto my watch and left a difficult to repair scratch in the crystal. When the incident first occurred, I took to feedback outlets lambasting the state of the building.

Dan Hetzel is the district manager, he contacted me within 30 minutes of me leaving feedback. I spent time emailing him back and forth about the incident. While he didn’t find the door to be in as bad shape as I thought (which after a second visit, I have to agree with him), he was very empathetic and quick to respond to emails. He even had employees inspecting the door the same day and I believe he came to inspect it himself. I was very impressed with his efforts.
