I recently visited a Starbucks location and I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by one of the employees. Her name was Saron, and she was simply amazing.
From the moment I walked in, Saron greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect drink to suit my tastes. She was patient and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was completely satisfied with my order.
But what really impressed me was Saron's positive attitude and friendly demeanor. She went out of her way to make sure that every customer who walked through the door felt welcomed and appreciated. She took the time to engage with each person, making them feel valued and important.
Throughout my visit, Saron's enthusiasm and passion for her job were evident. She took pride in her work and went above and beyond to ensure that every customer had a fantastic experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly inspiring.
In summary, I cannot recommend Saron's and her excellent customer service skills at Starbucks enough. She is a true asset to the company, and I will definitely be returning to this location again soon thanks to her...

I said it’s on the Starbucks website. They continued to say they didn’t know how to make it or what it was. Then I asked for a different drink that was way way to watery. I asked them to remake it and they rudely said no that they wont take it back and remake my Frappuccino. I was so angry with them. Today, August 21, 2015, was no exception, and I wouldn't mind it as I always had, but what bothered me was that the employee asked me why I didn't place my order earlier. He still had time to close. He told me to come earlier because I need to clean and close quickly. I responded, "It's not time to close yet," and it's your job to place the orders. I don't know if he was just trying to be annoying, but he gave me the wrong four orders. I hope they call that employee out because it's not right to treat...
