If I could give it zero stars I would. I used to love this place. I'm not even the type of person that writes reviews, but I'm honestly surprised at what I experienced. I've been coming here since it's opened and the customer service has really gone downhill and stayed downhill consistently. How is it? I go at 6:00 a.m. on the dot for fresh coffee and there's nobody behind behind the coffee station. (I saw two employees in the back storage room giggling )All the coffees are pulled back. There's like three gross flavors and then they're staring at us because we're staring at them waiting for them to refill it and they didn't even say hi. They didn't give us an estimated wait time. They were just standing around or in the back chit-chatting with each other and giggling when I feel like as a business they should know. 6:00 a.m. is a rush time so they should have coffee already being made if not made already to beat the rush. The only reason why I'm making a review is because as me and my fiance were walking out we heard a boy say "first come first serve"
I understand that there's probably a 4:00 a.m. Rush. There's probably a 5:00 a.m. Rush but as a business you're supposed to prepare for those things not have a bunch of people come in for coffee at 6:00 a.m. And then tell them sorry like first come first serve Really disrespectful. Read moreI was just at wawa and paid for my drinks and then got stopped by the man who checked me out to ask if I paid and after 10 minutes of interrogating me a women jumped in and said they are not paid for I said I can't show you because wawa never gives receipts and I'm so horrified at the attack I was receiving infront of everyone as a younge hispanic female I feel very targeted at the fact that the man who checked me out stopped me and eventually they found my ticket and saw I paid I didn't even get a sorry after this horrible disrespectful events taken place and the nasty additude I got. After everything my drinks were cold and melted and my coffee tasted so nasty and at that point I just wanted a refund but no one would help me.
