Some of the very best Mexican food I've had here in the high desert. I keep going back to try new dishes. So far, never disappointed. The best green Chile. I hate Mexican restaurants that serve bland Chile Verde that's basically blended tomatillo sauce. NO Flavor and NO heat whatsoever! I've had food for breakfast, lunch and dinner here.
Update on Alibierto's, Today I have a definite change of heart for this place. First off, their drive-thru speaker doesn't work. You have to now drive up to the window, which 1/2 the time they don't Even know you're there. I've left twice because of this. Their food is inconsistent to say the least. I would order a specific style burrito and would get something else. My very first green Chile beef burrito was the best I've had in a long time. That was the only time I got it that way. The next 3 times they gave me pork instead of beef. This last time I voiced my concerns about that and ordered the green Chile burrito again. Got the beef but not the green Chile. Their guacamole for their taquitos is bland/tasteless. The breakfast burritos are also tasteless. Their beef tacos are consistent and good. But because of multiple disappointments, I will not be returning. I can buy beef tacos anywhere that are just as good. And my search for a good green Chile beef...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI seriously tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt multiple time. But today puts the icing on the cake. First off please fix your drive thru 2 way ordering, it is not fun to have to scream into a mic and still get the order wrong. Also not cool to order food, specifically a chorizo torta combo wait for 25mins in line to have the lady tell me that the chorizo is frozen that I need to order something else. If I wanted something else It would have ordered something else, such as a chorizo burrito, chorizo plate or the chorizo torta, either way wouldn't have gotten what I wanted because the older lady, who doesn't seem to give 2 Fxxks about her job doesn't have the Decency to let someone know before they wait for 25 mins. Also it says its open 24 hours here on Google, but they close at 11pm 11:30pm 12am 10:45pm just depends on when they feel like closing? Consistency would make things a little better as the food is good, but would honestly rather drive all the way to meth central to Los Alazanes and wait 25 mins for half decent food then come...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām not one to normally voice my opinion on service, especially when it comes to family owned businesses during these times weāve been experiencing, and also because Iāve worked in food service myself, But every time Iāve visited this location Iāve recieved pretty rude service. Once again though Iāve let it go. Tonight was a done deal for me, not only did we have to wait 30 minutes out front to receive our food which WE had to go and knock on the window before anyone remembered us, and also! by the way was just 3 orders of nachos (no special requests). when we got it (with received attitude), it was cold and stale. The workers then proceeded to give a lame excuse as to why we waited as long as we did with: āthe cooks in the back took too long.ā First off lol, donāt sell out your coworkers even if it is on them. Secondly it was a lie because our food was dry and cold when we got it. Unfortunately, even with the love I have of supporting smaller businesses youāve lost my...
