Possibly the last roaster in the High Desert, and maybe the only place remaining where the coffee tastes like coffee. All the syrups and flavors are made in-house. There is a rotating monthly menu of flavored lattes and teas where the advantage of this really shines through. If you take your coffee a less sweet, they will happily accommodate you, just ask. Otherwise the lattes are on the sweeter side. I enjoy the coffee itself a lot. The darker roasts are earthy with some dark fruit notes, some acidic qualities without tasting burned, and the beans are very reasonably priced. The baked goods are delightful when they're available. I recommend the vegan cinnamon roll. They sell out fast, though. And a word of caution, this place is run by exactly two people making your drink to order, in the mornings on the weekends expect a line and go in with some patience.

Being new to the area we wanted to find all the local places. We heard about Solo from our real estate agent and mortgage broker. Both of whom love this place. There was a line of about 7 people deep when we arrived. So there is a bit of a wait here but there is a reason why. The coffee is amazing! I had a maple salt latte and my wife had the peanut butter latte. I liked the maple better but both were very good. My only gripe was that the large hot coffee is only 12 oz. That’s just me though because I love my coffee. The prices are fair at $6 for a large hot coffee. There are also plenty of pastries with most being vegan options so there is something for everyone. If you are in the area support the local establishments. We will be!

Absolutely love this place! I am a huge fan of their maple salt latte! Also their seasonal whiskey coconut latte! One of my favorite coffee shops in the high desert. Their drinks are very well crafted, owners are awesome and always working with a smile on their face and coming up with great new recipes, and the atmosphere of the fan base they have created is awesome to see of all of the supporters of them and their coffee! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are anywhere even near Apple Valley to stop in and get some great coffee! Their cookies are also REALLY good!

My friends recommended trying this place out. Yesterday was my second time there and I had the delicious Maple Salt Latte again. Being an ex-barista at a high end shop, I tend to notice all the details and I was very impressed the kind barista remembered I asked for a milk alternative the first time I was there. The quality of the coffee is amazing and consistent without breaking your pockets. This place is by far the best coffee shop in the high desert. Although I didn't hangout, the vibe is cool to stay enjoy your coffee. The crowd seems friendly enough to meet people and there's enough space to meet with friends. I've been to many coffee shops around the nation and this spot is a hidden gem in Apple Valley. They hit all the markers for me, I'm glad...
