The girl taking our order I'm guessing was new because I ordered a 2 for 6 (Whopper and spicy chicken) with a med fry and med drink. She totaled the order out before taking my husband's order even though we were clearly together. After finally taking his order she did not repeat it back to us and just told us the total which was $26.11. I handed her two $20s and she gave me back $3.89. I told her I gave her $40 and she gave me a stupid look before getting a manager to correct it. After that was corrected we took the receipt and moved aside to realize she charged us for two 2 for 6 deals (2 Whoppers and 2 spicy chickens) as well as my husband asked for a large meal and she rung it up as small. Got the managers attention and told her we'd still buy the extra sandwiches but if they could be in a to go bag and my husband wanted his meal large and we'd pay the difference. Manager just gave us the large for the trouble and handed my husband a large cup which was kind. When our number was called another girl handed my husband the food and my husband asked for my drink cup which I still had not received. She gave us the cup and as we were about to go sit down saw that my husband's sandwich was not on the tray. So waited at the counter again to catch someones attention. Caught the girl who handed us the food and told her one thing was missing and she spoke to us in a tone that was rude and almost yelling just to tell her what was missing. My Husband told her and she got it for us and slapped it on the tray. Then the entire time we were sitting down and eating the cashier who rung us up kept staring at us and making me very uncomfortable. I could not finish my food because of it. Worst part was we never received a to go bag and had to go back up to the counter again to get one before leaving. I work in customer service and totally understand mistakes happen and it was busy since it was around lunch time but it is not acceptable to short change customers or make then feel bad for making sure they actually get what they ordered and paid for. Read morePlaced my order at 8:45 - I had 3 $5 value meal deals, 2 whopper JR, and a chicken wrap. Employee working the drive thru was horribly rude. When I ordered Minute Maid he told me they don’t have it even though it was on the menu, I asked for a regular whopper jr and he responded with “which is….?” I asked if they had Dr. Pepper and he responded “yeah…” like I was stupid. After I ordered they had us pull up to the front and wait for them to bring me my food. Another car was waiting there and had been for some time. When he brought my food out they didn’t have any of the nuggets or the chicken wrap in it. The front doors were locked so I couldn’t go in and ask about it. I waited until he came out to give the other car their order and ran up to him to let him know we were missing items and he argued with me, saying they hadn’t missed anything, but I told him I would be happy to show him we didn’t have some of our items and he told me he would get the items but did so in a manner that gave me the impression he hates his job and I was annoying him. Read moreArrived to a dead store, employees just standing around, the youngster taking our order seemed upset to have to start working, the group we were with all got their food 20 min apart from each other, leaving my husband and I waiting 45 minutes for our meal, to end up with hair in our food.. short blond or light brown n my family n myself all have black hair so obviously wasnt ours...the manager super unprofessional said he lost the receipt n couldn't refund our barely touched meal, he could only take our phone number, his excuse for the wait and his employees excuses were vastly different and a just gross exaggeration ( they were busy... um no they weren't no one was there) to the guy in back was new ( as a manager myself I'd have gone n picked up the slack, had the new guys back, but this manager would rather be on his phone hiding in the back) The store was filthy also,wouldn't be a bad idea for general management or the people who run the burger king franchise to just randomly pop in) while I'd like our money back, I can Def garuntee i will never be back to...
