I haven’t been to Hardee’s for several years. However, when I found out the cinnamon raisin biscuits were on the menu again I thought I’d give them a try.
Before work I went through the drive-thru. There were two vehicles ahead of me so I knew I’d be waiting for a bit. After waiting 5 minutes it was my turn to order. When I pulled up a lady stated “hold on please.” After waiting 10 minutes the same person said “continue holding please.” (Just sharing fact and not emotions about the situation at this point. You fill in the blanks) Immediately following the second announcement a different person spoke asking if they could help me. I placed my order and she couldn’t understand what I ordered. Then I repeated my order again. Then she asked me “did you already place your order?” Of course, I let her know I didn’t. I politely told her I’ve been waiting for almost 15 minutes to place my order. (Btw… the other two vehicles were still in front of me waiting for their order.) She proceeded to apologize and said they were shorthanded.
I waited another 3 minutes until the other two vehicles got their order. I pulled up to the window and the second lady I spoke with sincerely apologized. I paid for my order. Next, she asked me to pull up because of some kind of timer that measures how long customers are at the window. (That was a first for me.) I waited another 2 minutes to get met order. I believe the first lady I spoke with brought me my order.
If you do the math it took over 20 minutes for me to get my order and there were only two vehicles in front of me. If a manager or district manager is reading this you have to do better. Poor service will kill your business.

We came through last night after they had gotten a huge online order. I’m very patient because I used to work in the food industry, and I understand the patients and love it takes to work in the food industry. I understand that this location is usually low staffed in the evening late. We usually come by around midnight or after when we are done working. There is normally only one person on, but they do their best to get our food made with love and out to us as fast as possible. and we appreciate that. The food of this location is always been consistent well-made and delicious. We will come back.
We run our own business and understand that it is very, very difficult to find good help these days. Most younger generation, not everyone but many people do not wish to work these days. Especially fast food. I’ve never owned a fast food restaurant and I don’t know if it would help for the owner of this location to up the Annie and offer, a more appealable hourly wage to try to get people to work at night?
Either way, thanks again to Cory for his instrumental circus act last night and many other nights, balancing the kitchen, the microphone, the window, the cash register, and putting all the food together with love in the best timely manner that is humanly possible. Thank you, Corey.
PS we stopped by this evening. A bit earlier around 7 PM. There were two young girls working that were extremely nice to us and our food was perfect. Sorry I didn’t get your name but thank you so...
Read moreAs much as I love the food at Hardee's, this location is absolutely one of the worst. I travel for work and I eat at Carl's Jr locations all over the country. When I am home I will eat here occasionally, but I also doordash. When the lobby actually is open, the people seem so upset about being there that it is tough to have a good experience. But the lobby isn't open that often. And they won't open it up if you're doing something like Uber Eats or doordash either. You have to get in the Drive-Thru line with all of the other cars and wait. Which means that even if you order through doordash, or Uber eats, or anything else like that.. your food will take forever to get to you and it will probably suck because it is already been prepared and is sitting in a warmer. But your driver is waiting for 20 minutes in line while your food is already prepared and sitting in a warmer. Unfortunately, this is the only Hardee's on the north side of this Metro area. I don't even know if the one in the Neenah area...
