McDonald's — Restaurant in Appleton

Id leave a zero star rating if i could.... Usually dont go out of my way for reviews but lately i have been very disapointed in this particular mcdonalds......first things first.... I come to this place alot.... Every mon wed and fri i travel to appleton n get my daughter a mighty meal...she can not eat yogurt and doese not like apples without skin (ik wierd).... We used to get a extra small fry instead..... They changed that now if u say u want a extra small fry to replace the gogurt they just take the small fry out and divide it into two of the tiny tiny happy meal fries.... Sometimes it feels like u are getting even less frys then a small fry plus no gogurt (ripping ppl off) any other mcdonalds they give a xtra small fry same size its supposed to be.... So now we have to pay for the whole meal but only get a portion of the amount offered... Another problem i have is they alwayse forget the egg on my sandwich i pay then drive away and notice after the 5th time i got frusterated and told them that i get on the hwy n my orders alwayse wrong.... They tell me next time bring a reciept.... They didnt give me a reciept.... To prove it i just said ok... Went out to my car went thru drive thru orderd the same sandwich i alwayse do.... And wouldnt u know it.... They didnt give me a reciept or offer me the reciept. . when i got to the next window.... I got my food checked my sandwich and they gave me the wrong bread!!!!..... And i told the same lady i spoke to inside they didnt give me a reciept.... She apologised about the sandwich and replaced it but didnt say anything to me about all the previous times they got it wrong and fail to give me a reciept..... They didnt offer me any kind of compensation for the full size sandwich i payed for and never got.

Very janky mcdonalds.... They are finding tiny ways to rip ppl off and ppl usually dont go out of there way to say anything about a cpl bux.... But when its every mon wed n fri..... It get to be a bit rediculous and i may not be coming...

First of all I am sorry if you are fat and unpleasant to look at because you have made the choice to eat McDonald's everyday of your life, but don't take your misery out on McDonald's workers. McDonald's is a great franchise and a staple of America, entrapuership and the American spirit. McDonald's is not what is wrong with society. McDonald's is great. McDonald's is a treat that families love all over the world and something you should indulge in every once in awhile not everyday. McDonald's never caused you problems. You may have caused a staff member to lose their job complaining about a burger because you were mad you did not have money to pay the rent, but that was misplaced anger. Overall, McDonald's makes a great and cheap burger, offers clean and fresh food with plseant customer experience. You get speed and delicious taste and childhood memories. McDonald's is simply the best fast food chain in America by a land slide and you know it, so please be nice to McDonald's workers as we really make...

TL;DR: overall not a great experience but not a terrible experience either.

This is not my normal McDonald's, and to be honest it was an accident that I ordered from this particular restaurant because I was driving at the time and forgot to switch to the location closest to my house in the app. But my experience was fine, nothing to write home about, but also nothing bad enough to warrant mention. Food was warm enough and my order was correct, the person that brought my food out didn't say anything even after I told them to have a great day, that is why I took off 1 star. I understand that they don't pay enough for you to actually care about your job at all but as an adult you could at least pretend a tiny bit, or at least say something like "you too" when I tell you to have a great day. I know, personally, that working fast food can suck and be very draining but there is no need to take that out on the customers. Overall not a bad experience but not a great...
