Pho Fever' — Restaurant in Appleton

I've been inside the building more than once, it has ample parking and inside there are a couple of different shops. We stopped by to eat here on our way to Oshkosh and honestly I didn't enjoy the dish I ordered from here. The seating arrangement in this area was kind of a mess, they squeezed in too many tables and chairs, it doesn't make you comfortable if you like having your space. There's more than one restaurant in this area sharing the tables, doesn't really matter where you sit. I ordered the red curry noodle dish since it looked appetizing, but it wasn't. I did finish what I could since I don't like to waste food, but the dish didn't smell very good (I made this dish before and it shouldn't smell bad). It also didn't taste very good, I don't know what they added or what not, but definitely not ordering it again. The pho wasn't bad. My husband ordered it for our kids to share, it was decent like any other restaurant you would order it from. I gave this review of 3 stars because the pho saved my taste buds from the red curry...

Delicious!!! I loved the pho and the pad thai. The broth is very clear and flavorful. You can taste the bone broth. I had the meat flavor pho. It had slices of cooked beef along with slices of crispy roasted pork. The pad thai had the perfect texture and consistency. It was not oily nor watery. Also, the flavor is perfect. They were very courteous, organized, and attentive when serving their customers. I recommend trying out...

I rarely rate food if I do not like it. I love Pho & drove far for my meal. I ATE 4 bites & brought it back. I did not complain. The gentleman who sold it to me did not inquire about what was wrong. He should have returned my money. I went to the restaurant to the right of Pho Fever. They gave me a free bowl of Pho & it was delicious. So eat at THAT restaurant. I can’t say the name. They do deserve the credit...
