Tom's Drive In — Restaurant in Appleton

I bought 2 cheeseburgers medium fry,large cheese curd. The guy loaded up my bag to go then unloaded it and put my food in a new bag. Thought that was wierd. Drove home and grabbed bag. The bottom came apart( that's why he switched bags because the first 1 was the same way with a bad bottom) all my food fell out of the bag landing on my jeeps floor. I took a pic of the mess and saved the bag. Went into Tom's today only to get a sniffling manager thst told me no receipt no service. Didn't care about the pic of my food laying on the jeeps floor. Acted like I was trying to rip Tom's out of 2 cheeseburgers for God's sake. I've been a customer for 43 yrs. I'll never go back!!! I'll be telling my story in all my groups. The service was okay. The staff was kind at this location. But the food itself is terrible and not priced equal to the quality. Cheapest quality foods and you can taste it. The burger was burnt. The bun was the cheapest tasting white bread. The bbq sauce tasted out of a can. The malt was that soft serve low quality flavor. I would not recommend Tom's as a food chain restaurant to anyone.
