On February 24th 2024 around 6:38 pm, I was met with the most unprofessional, unenthusiastic, and grumpy demeanor I’ve ever experienced from a Dunkin representative. All I wanted was a banana royal. I was met with a grumpy face and reply of “we don’t do that.” She walked off to handle other activities then returned without even a word. I finally asked for a three scoop sundae. First of all, it feels really dark and dingy in there. I went in for a hot fudge sunday, but they didn't have any hot fudge, so I settled for a milkshake, but there didn't seem to be any ice cream in it. All I tasted in my mint chip shake was milk and it was white (with tiny chocolate debris). It was like drinking a glass of cold milk for $6!
