This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I placed my order on the McDonald's app and paid, but when I got there to pick it up, they wouldn't give it to me. I gave them my order code and showed them the order on my phone. The manager, "Cam" Told me to call my card and prove I paid for it. I showed them proof that the payment came out of my account and they still would not honor my order. He argued with me and was very rude. He said he wasn't giving me anything. Then he called for someone to come to the window saying that he was not going to deal with it. An employee named Angela came to the window And was equally as rude. She told me that they have nothing to do with the McDonald's app and that it does not work all the time. She said they were not going to make my order because it did not Show payment on their screen. Again I showed proof that the order went through and that the payment had been taken out of my account. I ended up leaving without the food And without a refund. They told me that the money would be credited back to my account but that they do not know when. I asked for another manager and she gave me a phone number on a cookie bag. Both were very unprofessional and spoke horribly. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. As a result, when the situation is resolved, I will be deleting the McDonald's app and no longer patronizing...

I did my interview with Sarita Davis.She was very nice at first..I got hired on the spot and did my orientation that week. Unfortunately I couldn’t because of my shoes in which sarita informed me my crocs would be alright until I got my first check. I ended up getting rescheduled,made it back the next week with different black shoes on(Black Boots W/ Rhinestones. I couldn’t work that day either. It was then that Sarita said I could start work after I got shoes (after she ignored me). Then she proceeded to say she thought I would have hit a couple door dashes to get shoes. She then sent a text stating that her hands were tied. I still ended up getting an orientation in which I had the correct shoes this time but then someone else came in with gray and white shoes (NOT BLACK) and they allowed him to work. Then when I finally get in to work a manager starts arguing with me because I had a discussion with a coworker about him. So he said I could go home so I left. The next day Nicki (Manager) calls me and informs me that I would not be allowed to enter the building until Monday.In which I am still waiting on my check this was Two weeks ago. They need better efficiency with staffing customer service & i get it's McDonald's but you have a job that's pretty simple.. where other people are getting paid the same amount as you but have the responsibility of someone's life or health and their hands I think they need to do a big remodel on this McDonald's because of the location I think that's what's setting the restaurant up for failure it's right off Interstate 95 and Washington Boulevard and Prince have to go one of them biggest traveling and distribution Rose as far as Truckers vacationers Etc there's a hospital right down the street it's just a really popular location and they have the real estate to build a larger McDonald's inside and double drive-thru I prefer the one in Lincecum they are friendly the food is so good in the line is quick and they do business but it all starts with the leader if they don't demonstrate a positive work environment then it's just going to resonate down the line negativity is contagious meaning to look into some more options as far as getting food out to people having runners for outside and inside the restaurant but again real estate real estate Binger is better they can make a lot more money and have a lot more...
