Lansdowne Station — Local services in Arbutus

It's poorly staffed with employees who are not educated enough to make any decisions along with the store doesn't provide enough training for any of the employees that are there being employed and being minimum wage to all of its employees. Plus this store always is under stocked with any and all of its products that they sell. You are better off purchasing online and then having it shipped to you but if you try to return anything the recieving employees at the return area treat the customers like you are wasting their time even though they are being paid an hourly wage and don't ever take into consideration that they are so lucky to even be employed while America has lost so many jobs to people who desperately want any type of job working for a company as large as a company like Walmart is. Even tho Walmart is a huge corporate greedy company that doesn't want to pay for its workers a decent amount of hourly wage or good training so that any employee their has no initiative to excel or to progress within the stores located everywhere in the USA. If you don't receive any good training to give to its employees any inner self respect to show that any employee is trying to excel with the lack of any initiative to work well that's why the service is so ridiculously poor. And the Lansdowne Store has so much under lock and key that it so obvious that the store can not control the amount of product that is being stolen everyday probably not the customers only but also the employees who work their that are stealing the products also. I highly do not reccomend at all to shop here but take your time to spend your money at a better stocked location like Glen burnie and even better the store located off of Quarterfield Rd. And most likely you will have purchased what you want to buy from the 2 latter stores that I have mentioned. No thanks to Lansdowne Station Walmart they are the worst store I've ever been in to my knowledge and ask any employee any kind of question at all and their answer is I dont know I just work here ...well then you know what Dept a specific item you are looking for and the employees give you an they dont know they should terminated immediately for their personal lack of knowledge within the training they have received but only to emit total laziness and not even offering any other advice or assistance at all. I have tried to buy many ammunition from the Lansdowne Store and not once have seen an employee who is suppose to be operating the cashier machine and I've have gone behind the cashier machine to look for a particular type of ammunition I am interested in purchasing and then an employee who thinks that they have some authority will tell that I'm not allowed to be behind the cashier machine and I tell refuse to move from behind from where only a cashier should be and then they say that they are calling for a cashier which never ever will show up to open up the register to sell the ammunition I can visually see and would like to purchase for myself And the employees stand their and watch knowing that no one is ever going to come and open up the register to sell me any ammunition at all. I also demand to have a security guard to come to resolve the situation while I'm illegally behind the register area waiting for a good hour for either a cashier or a security guard to show up to resolve the situation that I'm having just simply trying to purchase ammunition I want to buy. Then the employees who are watching me knowing everything is under lock and key that I can not the ammunition behind the locked glass doors or the locked register which I would never ever think about touching. They watch me and I dont care about how much they are watching at all even though I am in the area behind the register just waiting for a cashier or a security guard to show up to wait on me allowing me to purchase the ammunition I want to buy...and they wait and wait and just me knowing that neither a cashier or a security guard will never make an appearance .So then I leave and purchase my ammunition at Clyde's...

If you go to a Walmart without self-checkout the lines are very very long... Walmart is a place for people to shop for their groceries and other things. So when they get up to the register their cart are piled high. So then you have to wait forever. And if 10 to 15 people have carts piled high you're waiting a long time. And why is that because they have two or three registers open will they ever open anymore? No.. they don't understand the less registers open. The less people want to shop because there's more people leaving than ever because some just go in for one item... I don't know not having self-checkout saves on stealing. Walmart still locks up things in the back. So the best thing that I can do in this area is just go to another one that does have self checkout and you get out...

Always a horrible experience when I go to this Walmart. They are super busy, unopened boxes in the middle of the isles all over the store, half empty shelves, employees will ignore you and if you do get their attention most of the time they have attitudes or are already aggravated. The biggest issue is NO self check out?? & The don't have many cashiers, 3 maybe 4 cashiers total with extremely long wait times and every time I go there day or night the lines are so long you'll be standing in the clothing department where people are trying to shop. Do not recommend! Take the 12min drive to Arundel Mills Walmart. So much better & Self check out! (I do not waste my time going to Lansdowne...
