Rob and his staff were amazing and very professional when I came to visit and place an order. I drove past several Rita’s to get here and I’m thankful the place was clean and his staff was very welcoming upon entering the store. We were greeted and thanked for our patience and the worker was able to clear a line with no problems and she did it with such Grace and class. I will be coming to this Rita’s from now on.

Apparently the Sundae on the right is a small and the sundae on the left is a large. I pointed out that to the guy and young lady who made them. They said that “they were just made differently”. I understand making a mistake or making things differently. But when the customer points it out you shouldn’t ignore their comment or act like the customer is wrong.

This was my first experience at a Rita's. I'd never had custard either, so I opted for the Gelati with strawberry Italian ice and vanilla custard. It was fantastic! I'm a fan of Rita's now.

This was my first experience at a Rita's. I'd never had custard either, so I opted for the Gelati with strawberry Italian ice and vanilla custard. It was fantastic! I'm a fan of Rita's now.

Great custard and Italian ice. Service was lackluster. I tried the snickers cement, a real thick custard blend, really yummy. There is a bathroom here, and the seating and counter area were all clean. The employee was unhelpful and unfriendly, although not overtly rude. He had to knock on the door to the back to get the other employee to come out, as there were several of us. This additional employee was more of the same, unfriendly...

I would have to say the Rita’s in Linthicum MD has the best ice cream and custard in the area. The employees treated me with the upmost respect. My favorite ice cream is the hot fudge Sunday, I have high standards when it comes to my sweet tooth. It really hit the spot, and will be going to this store again. Have Rita’s next to my house in Harford county but I rather go to the linthicum store. If you haven’t tried it...

This is the perfect spot to meet with friends or to grab a treat after getting pizza next door. I’ve tried a few items and everything has been awesome! A small cup of vanilla with sprinkles is the perfect pick me up on a hot day. This particular Rita’s location is located in a nice shopping center, so you can drop by while running other errands, and the owner is a super nice guy! I highly recommend giving this...
