Dunkin' — Restaurant in Arcadia

There is an employee there that is absolutely the worst. I could be wrong but I think her name may be Shannon. She is older and has terrible customer service skills. I have pulled up and heard her yelling at other employees. I have been told by my daughter that she has been mean, rude, and nasty towards her but yesterday I myself witnessed her nasty attitude. Before I even placed my order I told my daughter whoever was taking orders sounded like she was high on opiates. Then this horrible employee would say one thing and then contradict herself. I just shrugged it off as " well she was probably high". When I got to the window she handed me the wrong drink and when I told her this is not what we ordered, she got nasty and started telling me I ordered something I never said. I told her know i never said "cold brew" i said "iced latte". Out of the 2 drinks, cold brew was never apart of it. She rudely yelled, "that's what you ordered but hand me back the drink now". Where did she learn that you speak to people like that? How does this person still work there? I read some other reviews and I dont know which Dunkin Donuts yall went to, but this is not what I consider "friendly staff". On another note, the drinks are always inconsistent when you order the same thing and there is always a wait. If they would get rid of the rude lady it might be better. Might be the worst ran dunkin in FL, This was my third time stopping at this location in 3 months and probably the last. Every time something has wrong or someone was rude. The first time they forgot I was there and gave away my order to someone at the drive thru and didn't even make the order correctly after I said something, I chalked that up to a bad day and kept moving. 2nd time they made my coffee incorrectly and the wait time for food was over 20 min which ended up being incorrect and poorly made as well. Today I came in ordered my coffee and was heading to the restroom when someone in the back yells the bathrooms are out of order in an extremely condescending way like i was their toddler. meanwhile, the only sign up is on the woman's restroom, not the men's, So i walk to the front again and start hearing what i can only imagine is the manager scolding the workers for not making the coffee or taking orders when I was the only 1 in the store(i now understood why i was spoken to condescendingly by a worker, the manager set the tone). Overall, I blame the management for this poorly run store. The workers are seemingly doing everything they can everytime I've been in there but they all look a little frustrated and lost with no clear definitive direction of how things should be done. I would give them no stars if it were an option. Business rely on their employees to provide service which they applied & are hired for. It's sad when those individuals make a bad name for business. We drove in from orlando & stopped in Arcadia for an iced coffee it was brutally hot that day. At drive thu we were the only car and seemed like besides the employees car (I suspect) the parking lot was empty. We thought awesome fast service. 1) they didn't have frozen coffe as I guess the machine broke which was understandable. We then made orders for slushies and iced coffe, the employee was just rude the whole time & mumbled. Whe. Asked to repeat just huffed. We ordered donuts and were told "ah that's a problem we dont have any" so I asked "then can you tell me what flavors or muffins you have" he must have pulled away from the microphone and proceeded to name off what was available, by then I was just annoyed & told him to cancel the order because I felt that the 7 minutes i spent ordering for 3 people was just a waste of my time when I couldn't hear him whatsoever & when my order was repeated it was WRONG! as soon as I said cancel my order he became loud & said "WHAT!!!
