Passive agressive call center issues, We called in an order last night to pick up at this facility. We didn't ask for any special. We spent over $80 on this order. My husband called in the order and I could hear his side of the conversation. The person on the other end kept asking apparently the same questions looking for a specific style of pizza. My husband said he wanted a regular pizza with chicken and tomato as the toppings. the person kept asking him for the style...he had no idea what the person wanted. We were literally driving on our way to pick up the order which my husband told the person. We had an event that we were bringing the food too.
When we arrived my husband was told the order was cancelled. that a woman called in and cancelled the order. that was a bold faced lie. The name Isaac appears on the order receipt. It appears the order goes through a call center. this is a typical order for my husband to make for his boss. He gets pizza for his sons class at least 1 to 2 times per week sometimes more. apparently the staff had made the order before the cancellation was called in ... so we were able to pick up but no paper plates.
We will be looking for another pizza place to order regularly from as there are many to chose from in the area. This employee who knows he is no able to be berrated or other because he is in a call center. I am extremely disgusted by this behavior. I also was shocked at the reviews for this particular store. I tried to order a pizza online and I could not get the application to work with me so I called Pizza Hut in Arcadia on Foothill and the phone call went to like a customer service rep who could do absolutely positively nothing to help me. He could not help me order pizzas online, could not call the store, could do nothing! I had to give them my credit card number.. they told me the charge would be over $41.00 (including a delivery charge.) I added a tip on the card. I was told the delivery woul take 35-45 minutes. After waiting nearly 2hourse, I called back. The phone system looked up my order and said it had been cancelled. The phone system kept saying I woul be transferred to the actual store to speak with someone about the cancellation. Then I was given the message the call would not go through. Call back later.
