Kyrie Design — Local services in Arcadia

Quite frankly I dont know what this shop is about. Maybe they are only interested in big jobs but when I called he said my project would take 1 - 2 days and cost $10-$15. Well i went in on monday Aug 20 and the lady at the front desk was nice and told me raised embroidery was fine but the cost was more like $20 and that there was a $35 template charge. (Not sure what they call it.) I figured as much despite the man on the phone not telling me so. Here it is Thursday and no email or phone call to approve template so I called. The man i originally spoke to answered and said that they could not do the raised embroidery due to flimsy fabric WHICH IS NOT TRUE. I gave a canvas denim material and wanted only 3 letters embroidered. I asked why no one called me sooner. I specifically told the lady that i needed it completed by end of the week. Anyways the man just said he just got in. I cancelled and Im going somewhere else I would not...

People with a single item job need to understand this is a mass product business. You need to understand they have mass projects that are worth more than your measley 20$ job. I had a very simple hat I wanted embroidered. So I understand that my piece doesn't take priority. Mark was kind and gave me a quote and communicated every step of the way. I didn't mind the wait because they did a flawless job. Mind you most embroidery shops in the area turned me down. Mark didn't think twice and took my hat. Also it is a family business so hours might change from time to time, just plan ahead no one has to adjust to your time frame...

Very impressed with Kyrie Design. We needed an emblem designed and stitched onto our new horseback riding club shirts. Mark at Kyrie Design was extremely helpful, professional and accommodating. Mark clearly went the extra mile to ensure that every detail we wanted was met and that our shirts were ready for pick up when promised. They were top notch; the embroidery was really nice and our shirts looked great. I would definitely use them again and would high recommend...
