AVOID this shop at all cost! I purchased a pair of earrings for my mom and as soon as we got home, we noticed that it was missing a colored stone. We immediately went back to the store for an exchange. The lady at the store said they do not have another pair of the same type and my mom was fine with exchanging for any other pair. The lady then rudely told us that "All sales are final. No refunds or exchange". I explained that we didn't notice that it was missing a stone and just wanted to exchange for any other pair. She said, "NO, THERE'S NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND". I was actually planning to do more shopping and to tell my friends about this place but after this scam, I definitely won't be coming back and I'll be warning all my friends about this shady place. Can't believe this is the level of customer service for a neighborhood shop. Take your shady business elsewhere and GET OUT...
