Subway — Restaurant in Arcadia

Hi! I go here all the time to get sandwiches for my daughter and I, which are normally great. However, I went there today and ordered 2 sandwiches both the same - turkey, extra cheese, lettuce and mayo. When I got home, I open up our sandwiches and one of them was turkey, pepperoni, bacon and black olives. Well my daughter and I are both allergic to black olives so I had to throw our sandwiches away! Super disappointing since we always have a great experience here, especially with the customer service. I tried to call multiple times but there was no answer. I know mistakes happen but my 5 year old daughter was upset that she didn't get her Subway. I'd like for someone to reach out to me so this could be corrected. My order number / term ID is 1/A-378215, which is located on the top of my receipt. I went to the subway for my grandmother who is 88 years old and got her a kids meal. The first thing I asked her was it fresh bread is the bread she said yes I say OK. I get the sandwich from my grandmother and the bread is like Spongy hard to where she can’t even chew down on it. This is not the subway I normally go to I normally go to the one in Duarte on Huntington in Buena Vista. She looked me dead in my face. I said no the bread is soft and squeezed it and I believed her, but my grandmother couldn’t even eat the sandwich so I had to go to the subway off of Huntington in Buena Vista to get a better quality sandwich with Actual soft bread for my grandmother it’s sad that you can spend your money with these places and they don’t give you...

I was across the street dropping off the nightly deposit at the bank and had a sudden craving for subway. I originally wanted to place an order online then saw that they close at 7! Which was like 5 mins till 7. I walked I'm and asked if they were still open..and the dude looks at the time and said yeah...from the vibes I got from the 2 guys there...they weren't rude or anything at all. I mean..if it was me when someone comes in right before closing time..yeah I'd be a bit irritated. But they hid the irritation pretty well. Hahaha. I've been to this location a couple times and haven't had a bad experience...
