We met friends on a Friday night. While the sign says Pacos there are indications inside the restaurant that the restaurant name is Don Ricardo’s. The QR code menu states the same. We were looking forward to a nice dinner, unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. We waited about 40 minutes for a table, which we understood as the restaurant was busy. However, we were seated with no menus and not told to refer to a QR code for the menu. The hostess essentially told us to sit in the patio and pointed to the last table…that’s it. Again, we understood that they were busy. A busser brought us chips and salsa and that’s were the service ended. After 30 minutes, a server finally came to our table to ask for drinks after I went inside to ask for someone to help us, by this time, there are many open tables as it no longer appeared to be busy. The server when asked for a menu, took a table tent from another table and pointed to the QR code. We ordered drinks and waited again….After several minutes, about 15 minutes of waiting….with no beverages in sight…not even water…we decided to leave. We were there for over one hour with no acknowledgement or apology of the delay in service. We could hear other tables talking about having to wait for their food, drinks and check. It was a very disappointing experience. Perhaps it was an off night, but we will not be returning. With many other choices of Mexican Restaurants, I do not recommend this restaurant. Rudy’s, Cabreras, and others will provide good service...

Paco's Mexican restaurant is small and quaint. The scenery resembles many Mexican restaurants. The servers are incredibly friendly and take time to constantly check if you need anything. I love service like that and it's hard to get, but with that being said I still have to be honest. The menu was small, there wasn't that many options. It only had one page of food and one page of drinks. There wasn't a lot of variety, and is someone who frequents Mexican places, you're going to get the bare minimum. In terms of their food quality I have to say that their fajitas are pretty good but are not the best in the world. They do come on a hot skillet but my sister says it doesn't have much flavor. My own dish was the wet burrito. My good God was it huge and filled me up but that's pretty much all I have to say about it. It was a good burrito not my favorite. Their chips and salsa tasted sweet compared to most other restaurants.

Well I must say that the restaurant wasn't my particular taste, I do have to acknowledge that for people who do not have a high tolerance for spicy food to check this place out. There were a lot of older people here so that can give you a general look into the audience level. I recommend this place if you're really hungry and want something simple. I personally wouldn't want to come here again or travel far to get here but it was still a...

I love this place but... I've been to Paco's many times and I have always enjoyed dining there. Unfortunately I have discovered table 7 3/4, the table where diners go to starve. This table is just around the corner from where the waitstaff enters and exits the kitchen area. It's a two-seat booth. Refuse to be seated there unless you're not that hungry.

We had one bowl of chips, it took forever to get drinks, even longer to get our order taken and round #2 of our drinks arrived after our plates had been cleared. The manager randomly came to ask how everything was going and I took the opportunity to be candid about the experience. I wasn't angry or indignant but suggested the table is a bad customer location and should be repurposed for other functions because it's too easy for customers to be missed. Another pair diners that arrived after us was eating their dinner before our order was taken. WTH.

Our orders were perfect and the food was great but two stars until the next time when I'm sure they'll get it right. The manager would have done well to comp our 2nd round of drinks that WE WERE STILL WAITING FOR when he came to visit us. The drinks were ordered with upon delivery of our food...
