Eisenhower Park — Attraction in Arcadia

Beautiful park, especially for families gatherings. Only one disappointment was the bathrooms very, very, dirty, smells, and disgusting with trash and feces. I know it's hard to control somethings, but to me! there is no excuses on maintenence issues. I think this park know they have an issue but simply doesn't care. The owner should invest into a cleanliness fund to keep the bathrooms up to par. I give an F for cleanliness, but a B for overall park uses. I did not want to put photos out of respect to the owner and the area of Arcadia, which should have no problem...

This park has plenty of space and new amenities, including two large play areas for different age groups and covered picnic areas. There is even a dog park on the other side of the "river" (or whatever you want to call the water/drainage flowing down a concrete channel). However, the park is right up against the 210 freeway and there aren't any sound barriers, so the traffic noise is pretty loud during rush hours. I can't imagine the air quality is all that great either from so many cars. For those reasons, this isn't the first park I would pick...

A small sliver of a park, with significant parking challenges. Playground equipment has been replaced in recent times. The basketball court is in pretty good shape, across the bridge is an off-leash dog park which is in rough condition. It has a lovely hearing View of the freeway that goes right by the park.
