It was my very first time visiting this business for donuts as a local living in the area for 10+ years. I experienced the worst customer service in my entire 40+ year life. For a second I thought I am just being served in another place in another part of the world. I ordered a cup of coffee and some donuts. The coffee was cold and I asked the already rude cashier if I can get hot coffee and he is.. No, this is it. You want it you can have it or he shoved the cup back to me. That is when I started telling him that I do not want cold coffee but hot. He is.. Nope. This is what you get and no refund. I said I am not asking for refund but hot coffee and I shoved the cup back to him. He took it and put it in the garbage and asked me to leave. I do not know his name but it is the guy with curly hair. I am sure no one thought him anything in life nor he knows how to talk and deal with other humans. I just found out that this business is run by some …….. and from management to their cashiers they do not care about customer service at all. I have never left a review for any business in my life but I had to leave this and I hope it helps...

Read moreI can't fully express how good the donuts and pastries were here. They were so fresh and tasted to be of high quality. My favorite was the Cheese Danish. Other contenders were the Glazed Old Fashioned, Apple Fritter, and Buttermilk. The one I didn't like was the Boston Cream Long John. It had hardly any filling or topping. My boyfriend joked that it looked like a hot dog bun because it was sliced in half to put the filling in. Regardless, I anticipate that just about anything else will probably be the best donut you'll ever have.
If we had one of these bakeries back home, I'd go there once a week at least. One thing to note though is that there is a square right near this establishment that seems to have a high congregation of homeless people. It was kind of concerning since we are traveling but we encountered no problems. I would be careful what time you travel...
