well first off this was a good subway in the last 6 mounts the owners have made some very bad decisions. As I stood in line at lunch foe 20 min. just to order food I witnessed the head manager just standing around doing nothing while everyone is working hard. Just to let you know they just gave him that job it is there son in law. As I stood and watched him do nothing he started to disrespect the people that work for him as he put is not with him...I Have been a customer of this subway for a very long time I know some of there people on a personal bases. I have hear from them first hand on how he treats them. Its not right. so I confronted him on it and told him the the people that work FOR HIM do not like HIM and the have lost all respect because of the way he treats them. He asked me how he should fix it and I answered it. SO then he tells me that IF I WORKED THERE THAT MY OPTION WOULD MATTER...then he tried to back track...and say that he values my option. Well that would not be the fact, he has people walking out on him and the veteran workers that were there before him looking for different jobs. when those people leave and they will leave I will not go there anymore!!!! This kid is in way over his head and just because you have a peace of paper that you went to school for does not mean you know how to do the job! Read moreFor as many workers as this Subway location has in a given shift, it takes FOREVER to complete an order. Sat for nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru, waiting for two meal orders for both myself and my wife. Once I pulled up to the window, I had to read HALF the order back out to the cashier while 3 other people stood around and did nothing. And guess what? The order was STILL wrong! How in the heck do you forget to add ranch to a sub called the Chicken Bacon RANCH? $15 for a long wait AND incorrect meals? What a joke.
This location is continuously inconsistent and has not shown improvement. Management needs to step their game up, train their employees better and hold everyone...
Read moreWent through the drive through in archbold on lunch today, got back to work to eat, and my sub wasnt even close to what I ordered. Literally half the toppings i ordered were missing, and some i didnt order were on it, plus they added mayo, which is disgusting. When i called, they did make a new one for me, which i had to go pick up. They upgraded mine to a footlong, which i didnt need, but ok. By the time i got back, my lunch break was over anyway.
