Today is the very last day I come here. I argued with three people about a small fry! Really? I ordered the quarter pounder meal, a chocolate shake, and a small fry. I get up to the window and I get my pop and shake, but then the kid at the window says, “you had the egg McMuffin?” I said no and I told him what I ordered. He looked confused and was looking in some bags. Then asks me what I ordered again. So I tell him again. All of a sudden there’s a small group of employees discussing my order I guess. So he comes back to the window and says I just have an order for one quarter pounder. And just stands there looking at me. I repeated my order again and showed him my receipt. So he walks away and comes back and tells me to drive around and they will bring my order out. When another employee bring out my bag I check it and the small fry is missing. I call him back and he is arguing with me about my order and then demands to see my receipt. I showed him the receipt and he argued with me some more. I said never mind I’ll come in. I waited 10 minutes for a manager. While waiting I noticed a lot of chaos going on at the drive through window. Apparently my order wasn’t the only one messed up. Another employee comes up to me and says what can I help you with. He looked like he was about 13 and I assumed he was not the manager. I told him I wanted the manager. Also while waiting the two previous employees stood around looking at me and speaking Spanish. FYI, just because I look like I don’t speak Spanish doesn’t mean I don’t. I heard and everything hey were dating and about me! The manager finally shows up after putting out a fire at the drive through window with another annoyed customer. He was bet unapologetic, and uncaring. I had to explain everything to him and show him my receipt. The other two employees started talking to him in Spanish and saying that I was lying. So this was a lot of problems for a small fry!!!! I don’t enjoy arguing with children, I don’t enjoy being called a lair in any language, and I don’t appreciate the managers attitude. The last few times we have been here the service has been horrible and my order is always wrong! One time my husband was denied service by the gold cross chain wearing employee because he asked why was the service so horrible. In fact the employee said get out we won’t serve you and don’t ever come back. I let that slide, but today was the last straw. This one is close, but I will drive out of my way before spending another dollar here. Do better! Train your employees better! And like I said maybe not assume all white people dont speak Spanish! FYI, I am 100% Latina, so don’t assume!!!!! The customer waiting for his food told me he stopped going there for awhile today was his first time back. Read moreSo here I am, racing towards McDonalds. Attempting to arrive before the midnight close time. All I want is a few McDoubles. A simple request, really. Something that is definitely sitting in their pre-cooked pile of hamburgers. I arrive. It is 11:54 PM. I could not be happier, I made it on time. I am going to get my McDoubles. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. However..... I see..... the drive through is dark. Odd. So I note that the main part of the store appears to be well lit. It must be open. A glimmer of hope. I park. Head towards the door. Grab it. ONLY TO FIND THAT IT IS LOCKED. VERY LOCKED. No McDoubles for me. So now I'm heart broken, and honestly, just looking for an explanation. So I find the phone number of the McDonalds I just visited and give them a call. I am answered by a friendly young man. Surprising to me really. I ask him one question, because really, I just want an explanation. I say, "why were you closed man? I got there before midnight." And he informs me, politely, that they are open until midnight. I then inform him, that I was just at the establishment that I was apparently calling, and ya know what, it SURE WASN'T OPEN. He tells me that "we must have different times". Well excuse me McDonalds, but it's 2018 and our times come from the internet and they have never been more accurate. WHAT HAPPENED IS YOUR EMPLOYEES CLOSED YOUR MCDONALD'S EARLIER THAN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. SOMETHING THAT IS NOT ONLY DISAPPOINTING, BUT LIKELY VERY AGAINST THE CORPORATE POLICY OF MCDONALD'S. Read moreThis is the 4th time in a row that I have been asked to pull into spot #1 to wait for my food. I do not order anything special or out of the ordinary. Today I was unable to wait, the line was already long and I was late for work. I didn't have another 10 minutes to sit and wait for them to make my food, again. I would like my credit card refunded because I was unable to wait and had to leave. The service at this store is AWFUL!!! The cashiers are always rude. At my last visit, they were mowing the lawn when I was at the drive through. I tried to speak as loud as I could so they could hear me. All I got back was a very snarky "I CAN'T HEAR YOU" like it was my fault the mowers were there. My company purchases gift cards for tenants. We buy at least 10 at a time. I came in to purchase them at an off time so that I wouldn't be a pain during the busy time. The cashier huffed and puffed and moaned with each gift card she rang up. Then tossed them on the counter. She acted like I was the biggest pain of her day. I try very hard to come at off times and apologize in advance. I even let people behind me go ahead of me. I don't deserve the attitude. At this point I would like my $7.28 from this morning refunded to me since I was unable to wait. I contacted the corporate office last week who said someone from the store would be contacting me.
