McDonald's — Restaurant in Ardmore

I needed a place to meet a sorority sister & 2 other friend from college. They had time for a over night stay in Ardmore before going back to Dallas. I decided to come a little early because we intended to have a drink & do some catching up. I'd stopped here many times before when I had some time to kill. It was never a problem. Many tables had not been cleared. So I went up to the counter to ask if someone could help clear & wipe down the table I chose. It was a bigger table & in the very back. So we'd be out of the way of others who might come in after us. Actually, there weren't any ppl sitting at the time because it was around 3ish, but there was some trash left behind on some & mine included. So I turned around, but there wasn't anyone actually standing at the counter. I did see a guy near the fries who was on his phone. So I politely ask might he find someone who could help me wipe the table off that I chose. To me, I didn't think it was wrong to be asking.

OMG! The guy gets so pissed off & starts yelling. He was definitely having a bitchy psychotic moment. Then he yelled, "So what you can't find one clean table out there & waving his hand like he was crazy ." So I said I'm not sure if they all needed cleaning, but the one I chose did. I even told him if he'd get me a washcloth/towel, I'd do it. There were also 2 other staff members just standing around. 1 was talking on her phone as well. The other guy further back was working & he wasn't on his phone. So I said, " Sir, if you're busy, I understand, so maybe someone else could help?" Then he just walked away. So, I thought ok, he went to the back to get a clean rag or towel to wipe off the table. I stood there like a idiot for a few minutes patiently. He just never returned, so I slowly stepped over to the drive-thru window attendant to ask if she might help me. She was rude also At that point, I decided it was time to walk away.

When my friend pulled up, I got out of my car & said I'm not going back in there. We went & found a place to visit a while.

I'll never go back to this location again. This place might be quicker than the other location, which is out of my way. But It's worth the time to drive over there . If you need a snack, latte, or just a place to do a little work or meet up with someone, it's very clean & definitely better.

It did bother me because I wondered if maybe I was in the wrong for even asking. Later, I did think about calling to report the rude behavior, but then thought, what's the point. Writing a review was better, in the long run. The manager surely knows that their employees are not nice & most definitely not friendly. Honestly, I know I'll not be going back there plus, it really doesn't deserve the time to report what happened or at least, in my opinion. Remember, if you do go here, you've been...

If there was 0 stars I will give nothing to this place. We waited in the drive thru for 15 mins. Then decided to go in, ordered on the kiosk and one printed a receipt with nothing on it. The manger told us it didn't go through so we had to pay again. But we checked our account and it went through. The other one didn't even let me pay at all so I had to stand in the line for another 10 mins and paid. Then we waited 30 mins to get our food. While we were sitting there waiting a lady from the drive thru came back in with the wrong order and hair in her food. Then other lady that was in there way before us didn't get her food till after we were already walking out. We are from Norman and have never been treated so badly. The mangers were rude as hell. The gave me some other lady frappe and made her another one and she was walking up to get her frappe because she was waiting so long in her food. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I went through drive through an ordered online and it was for this location. I had my code. Read the code to man and then he couldn't find my order. My mobile order at that time sent me a web receipt and showed on my bank account. Then the man told me go inside to get my food. I did. When I went inside brian was the cashier/shift leader that tended to me. He says they don't have my order. I as him of they could make it. It was only a coffee and sausage biscuit since I have receipt and proof it cleared my bank. I manage a restaurant and I know it gets hectic. Brian was rude and very short. I kept my cool and remained calm but inside I was very frustrated. I ask will you just look for it and see if you can find it. Stayed looking at me and says we don't have it. I felt like he wasn't willing to even try to help me. He had me repay again for order. He was rude and had zero customer serviceskills. I love mcdonalds and i never have an issue .. I ask him for general managers information so I could speak about refund...
