When I received my pizza to my hotel, it was received in almost the time they told me (a little slower but it’s a holiday weekend so no big deal I understand they are likely busy) The delivery driver was polite and friendly. However, once he left and I opened my pizza and I noticed it looked a little “runny” but I started to eat it anyway.
After eating a piece and tasting a very unusual taste that we not “normal” I realized they had put some kind of nasty white sauce on the pizza rather than the original red sauce I had ordered.
I called the store and the first employee who answered was a bit inept and very unhelpful. However, she put me on with the manager who was very professional and respectful. He agreed that he would make a new pizza that was accurate and have it went to me “immediately” (his words).
However, it has now been an additional one hour and twenty minutes since I spoke to him and I still don’t have dinner... I realize it’s a holiday weekend but I’m now almost 3 hours from when I originally ordered my food and I have no idea when (or even if) they plan on bringing me my bought and paid for correct order in the near future.... or ever....
I’m only in town for a few more weeks with work. But I am certain I will not do business at this establishment again.

Update. They just delivered my pizza. The guy said he was actually the GM and he apologized repeatedly. Really nice guy actually. He was overly generous in his trying to make it right and I actually have to say I’m super impressed with his professionalism and willingness to own mistakes that were made. Though it was a rough experience as far as getting the food. I am impressed with the character of the folks...

However tonight was a complete disappointment, as I show up to get my pizza I am told per usual it will be another 3-6 mins no bid deal as I wait patiently as I always do watching people go in and out finally I am there for 20mins and I ask about my pizza to another gentleman. He walks over has a look and grabs my pizza off the hot plate that I have noticed has been sitting there since I walked in the door cause I have had to get into a habit of check cause things happen, but instead of the first rep checking she just told me it would be 3-6mins. So I ask for my refund cause I meant it has been sitting there for 20mins and so have I. Not only did anyone not apologize and try to fix the problem in anyway the shift led hand me $25 of my $25.08 total. Now I don’t care about the 8cent but to have your team make a mistake with no apology then to no properly refund them the correct amount is beyond disappointing in my opinion as always I walked away with out saying a word I know how hard the industry can be, but this is the worst handing of a situation I have ever...
Read moreI’ve Been a Customer for Years.. ordered a garden fresh pizza, it did not taste right. Was lacking cheese on top of the veggies or something. The pizza fell apart when I was eating it, was trying to catch my toppings while I was taking a bite. In about 10 minutes it was done and for some reason, I had like burnt crust and was quite hard for being done so early. noticed that the pizza was smaller and it’s possible their not stretching the dough properly can’t really say what happened its just not quality! They can do better! definitely not worth the price. Also if you want to fix the issue, get these people trained properly, send them to a better store cause I can tell you tht some papa John’s are better than others.
