Felix is a gentleman. Our rental car broke down opposite Barasibo, April 2024, and Felix (who had already closed for business) noticed what had happened, approached us and stayed with us for 2 hours helping us get sorted. He spoke to the mechanic, the rental company and the recovery truck driver to ensure we got going again. He brought us drinks from his bar and gave us so many recommendations for our time in Puerto Rico. He saved us that evening with genuine kindness....
