Indian Creek Smokehouse — Restaurant in Argyle

Have tried this place once and have tried to go there twice. The prices were not accurately listed according to the women in the little food trailer. The wait was exceptionally long for pre-made food that simply need to be chopped and boxed.

The second visit, just today (3/24), I arrived at 11:27am. The posted hours on their window state an opening time of 11am. There was someone inside the food trailer. She came out and said 10 more minutes. I indicated the time listed on the window and she shrugged and shut the door in my face. I left.

Look, if you are fine with overpaying for decent BBQ and waiting 20-30 minutes from start to finish, definitely give it a try. Or use that same amount of time and go someplace else, sit down, and get a much better meal without all the hassle.

I will usually find myself giving small places like this a number of opportunities, but with so many issues on two separate occasions is enough for me to strongly advise...

I was driving by on my lunch break, saw the food truck and was curious to see what it was. I was immediately greeted by Todd, the man with the plan. Told him I'd never eaten his food before and he gave me a sample of something he had cooking. It was definitely love at first bite. The flavors were amazing along with the best customer service I've had in a long time. Can't wait to come back and stuff my face with some more of that delicious brisket. I'd give Todd and his food a million stars if I could...

Beware the new guy there will rip you off.Been gone there for about a year it’s was right beside a fishing hole ,love the food. I went to the new location.... The new guy there it’s wasn’t Tod , I’ve talked to him a couple of times at the old spot ... a half a pound of turkey is $9.50 the sides are $3 when you order the small portion, I ordered the beans and Mac and cheese small portion... This guy thought I didn’t know how to do math.. He tried try to charge me 25 dollars... I guess taxes went up...
