I ordered the three sliders along with French fries, which were a $1.99 for the fries and $15.99 for three over cooked meat hard buns and nothing but cheese. There were no condiments other than a few mustard packets and mayo packers. The kind you get at fast food. The meat was overcooked and dry. My boyfriend ordered the same thing. We were really hungry. I asked waitress for relish or sliced pickles. She said they didn't have any. I managed to eat two with what I could to make it aa good as possible. And my boyfriend did the same. Our fries were overcooked and hard. He ate a few frys said they were bad...hard cold and overcooked. He ate one and a half slider I ate two out of three and a few fries. We tried to get our waitress back to our table. She wasn't around at all after we got our food she asked if it was alright but we hadn't started eating yet. It wasn't busy at all a Saturday night at 8pm in a busy casino. I finally it the attention of one of the cooks that just so happened to come out. I told him fries were overand meat was dry buns hard. Asked to make us more fries he said yes. As we were waiting we didn't eat anything else pushing our plats to the side. Then the elderly man that seated us came to the table we told him we were not happy with our food and why. He said sence we ate some of it he would take the cost of fries off our bill. That was only four dollars a buck ninty nine each. I felt he should comp out bad food and at least take off one meal. He disagreed arguing with me I had already eaten two small sliders. But my boyfonly at one and a bite from the second one on his plate. I was hungry and pretty upset to hear him say I was the only complaint day. They have a sui- cheff cooking the best food. I disagreed I showed him my hamb6how dry it was. He continued arguing it looked fine to him. I then pushed myself away from the table and boyfriend did the same. I asked for my bill at the front desk. All the kitchen empowered out looking at us. I was getting very upset the only manager on Tim Dagan was insisting I pay $28.15 . I pulled out $25.00 and said that's all I'm paying. Still hungry. He never once asked if we would like something else. He was rude and and not willing to do any compromising to make us his customers happy in any way. I will never ever go back to Agaves Restaurant. That manager was an elderly man that greater us so nicely turned into a unprofessional unreasonable so called manager that has no clue about customer service. I worked over 40 years in customer service and he would have been dismissed from his work asstablijment. It's a shame we were going to eat first after working all afternoon and enjoy our time at Harris casino. Instead we came home early. Was in no mood to have fun being hungry. I paid the bill of $28.15 the manager called for security to have me escorted out of the casino. I was upset but never lost my composer. I'm a 64 year old woman I cannot belive I posed any threat to or anyone. The food was not worth any money at all along with bad strand being treated so badly. Never going back I left without any escort I think security knew the manager did not do a good job and I...
Read moreThe restaurant is clean and the service is good.
The food is flat out disappointing. It is very overpriced and the quality is worse than a fast food chain that would be 1/6th of the price.
I came here twice because I had food credits that would have otherwise gone to waste. We tried a handful of items between our two visits.
The sliders were like eating small hockey pucks. Reuben burger was palatable but the burger patty was burnt and it was way too expensive.
The ”boneless wings” are the smallest chicken chunks you’ve ever seen, with no seasoning or sauce on them. The buffalo sauce was given on the side. Looks like something you would find in the frozen meals section of the grocery store except worse.
The sirloin steak my wife ordered was “upgraded” to a ribeye since they were out of sirloin. It was honestly the worst looking piece of meat I have ever seen. I didn’t taste it but it was overcooked, paper thin, and seriously looked like it was USDA Select.
The salmon was a bit undercooked from my preference, but it was edible. The rice pilaf it came with was another frozen microwave special.
The cheesecake was good. Nothing to write home about but it was good.
The chocolate cake was okay. Not sure what was on top of it exactly, but it tasted like a pretty generic cake. It wasn’t horrible.
I would not recommend eating here unless you want to be disappointed. Both of my meals were free aside from tip, and I won’t be...
Read moreWow! I wish that I had seen all of the negative reviews before today. We "dined" (and I say that sarcastically) here this afternoon and it was just terrible. We have dined here at least 10x prior to Covid. Always great food and service. Today, however, was just aweful. We had to wait over an hour because it seems seven star members take priority. That's fine. But they give you no idea when you check in and see that there are not that many people waiting around. It gives the impression that it will not be a very long wait. Food took a long time to come out and when it did there was an error. Waitress was argumentative. Entire table confirmed that the request was clearly made, but the waitress said that it was not. Two meals were actually inedible. Finally had to ask for a manager from the hostess! Waitress didnt bother coming back to the table after we complained. Manager was quick to respond and offered to remedy the problem, but the other two members of the party were done eating. Nothing was done to compensate. Other than to remove the charges of the two meals that we did not eat. Two of us had to go to the Cacus Grill for pizza. Never again!!! Sad really. I used to really...
