Dunkin' — Restaurant in Arizona

Doesn't even deserve one star to be honest. The staff was slow taking over 20 mins to take care of 3 people ahead of me (their orders were simple I could hear each one). The cashier was apparantly friends with the 2nd of the 3 people ahead of me, and proceeded to talk to her for nearly 10mins, ignoring the line forming behind me! When it finally became my turn (all I wanted was a 20oz bottle of pepsi) I was told to wait while she went to do a few things making me wait another 5 mins. The soda cost 2.72, I had 2.35 in cash and (dont judge me😂) .39 cents on my card. It should have been enough but I was told my card was declined. I showed the girl my app with my balance and even the notification I got telling me I was declined for a dollar charge from Dunkin Donuts. She calls the manager over to whom I explained the situation and show her my phone and she says rudely "Well your card must place a hold on your purchases/transactions" (it does not, except at certain gas pumps). Then she tries to blame it on the hotel saying it's a charge from them or the casino probably (she had no idea). She was incredibly condescending. Personally I believe the girl keyed in the wrong amount into the register and when they realized they had both been ignorant they did what any idiot does when confronted with the fact that they were wrong... they lied (badly) to my face like I'm stupid and...

Server: Blanca was not very kind it was like I bothered her I asked about a drink and sandwich I saw advertised. She told me we don't do meals. I couldn't see the menu in small writing but ordered my drink, then saw the breakfast croissant and asked for one, she told me which one we have two still couldn't see the menu and ask what they were, she seemed annoyed with me and told what they had. Then asked about donut holes, and she pointed to the menu which I couldn't see so I ordered ten. Blanca gave me a small bag then told me to move over to the next window for my drink. Then she walked toward the back of the store and I couldn't hear her say anything. So I left and got back to our room and looked in the bag and was missing my sandwich. I told my wife what happened to me at Dunkin' and I was missing my sandwich. My wife went down and got my sandwich and told Blanca that I was hard of hearing and couldn't see because I am elderly. Updated review still horrible here. I've been coming to this hotel for years and every time I go to Dunkin donuts they almost always mess up on my simple orders, and when I ask the employees behind the counter about it they always lie to my face with attitude. I'm so sick and tired of the horrible customer service there. The young ladies behind the counter here are the worst.
