eegee's — Restaurant in Arizona

I have tried to stay away from this location because all the times I was a passenger and came it they always took very long and some of the food items are a little overpriced for what u get. Nonetheless-

I decided to make a visit other day it was hot, I just got off of work and was like heck I would love a good egees!

So I went ordered 2 monsoon dog meals the first window last asked me if I wanted ranch ketchup etc. Handed me my spoon and straw for both drinks. But at the second window I waited a 5-7 minutes but if felt like eternity at a drive through window and someone was stuck behind me and also forced to wait for me to get my food.

Long story short i figured well at least my food is fresh! I get home, no fries 🍟 on either meal. It was so hot and they took sooo long I did not wanna go back that same day. So I called she took my name and assured me I can come back to get the 2 fries for the meal.

Fast forward to today I went back reluctantly and figured well I'm getting 2 fries I'll get two drinks and give one to my dad. Right of the bat when I started to explain at the order board the man was very snappy with his responses and just told me to pull forward. He gave me my drinks no straw and spoons for either and told me to pull forward so I did- get to the window the lady is nice she smiles and tells me to have a good day and I'm thinking like okay 👍🏽 at least they fixed their mistake. I get home and I have 1 large fry 😭 I have no idea if the two fries would have amounted to a large but it just looked very pathetic and underfilled. :( so yeah the original meals were $7+ so idk kinda sucks I like egees but this location is not...

Absolutely horrible, I went back to try again because my son really wanted a sandwich and root beer eegee. I asked for the special and it was a $7.99 meal, the lady asked me what I wanted as a side and I continued with what are the sides please her reply "ummm french fries"! I then was like oh okay well then french fries please. I pull up to the window and she charges me and I get the receipt, I got charged $8.99 a meal and she said it was because I got fries and not the chips!!! I was flabbergasted, she did not offer me chips and did not tell me I will get charged $1.00 more for each meal I ordered with the fries. I just said okay and moved forward. Then we sat there, time passes and nobody was coming to the window to give us our food. Then another lady opens the window and says are you the veggie sandwich ? I couldn't even talk, I shook my head and handed the receipt to her. She was like oh okay, and closed the window. Like wth!! Then I ask for the manager and a young man comes to the window, I tell him what all has happened and show him the receipt then he says " oh okay they are making it, sorry!" And hands me my receipt and closes the window! Like nothing was done! It...

Here goes. Stopped in on Fri afternoon. My 1st time trying eegees. Ordered sandwich and fries at the walk up window. Asked for well done fries. Cashier says "extra crispy" , I say "Absolutely" . Food arrived just as requested with no issues. Saturday I brought my brother with me for lunch. Went thru drive thru. Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of well done fries. They read the order back after me saying it 2 times and I said again, "well done fries'. Waited almost 15 minutes in drive thru. An employee comes to the window and reads the order and says "well done fries". Well out comes the bag, we go back to the house and nope, of course its not what I asked for. Is it just me or do I like to pay for what I want? Is it difficult to get it right? Fries were cold and limp and not cheap. I DO NOT like cold fries. Sandwiches are overpriced. Subway is less expensive and the sandwiches are larger But I dont care for subway. Here is a tip for management. When your employees are taking an order, do not allow them to change focus when doing so.Was a very simple order that did not need me repeating it 3 times. Bad first...
