Erickberto's — Restaurant in Arizona

We come from Tucson to see family here in Apache Junction and usually get our favorite the Chicken Quesadillas. This past visit was not great at all! We asked for Chicken Quesadillas reminded the drive thru individuals we wanted Chicken Quesadillas. Even at the window they asked us if we'd like the regular we told them we the Chicken Quesadillas. So we left, and got to a family members home to give them a taste of this deliciousness only to find no chicken in the Quesadillas. We called and they could not replace our order let alone the individual that answered the phone was very rude. So, we asked for the manager or supervisor and the individual claimed they were the manager/survivor. We asked several times why did we not get our we asked let alone paid for she said they charged us for cheese quesadillas and now if we wanted Chicken we should've asked but we confirmed our order with 4 times before paying. She says she cannot do anything about it but we have to pay again if we want the Chicken quesadillas. We are no longer coming to this place anymore! You've lost my business. I pity your customers and pray you stay open long enough with that kind of customer service. Awful! This place only got a stay because it use to be good. If they want a successful business they need new management and some better knowledge in Customer service. I'm surprised to see other reviews on here like mine that share the same horrible experience. Management needs saving before you lose your business. That is no way to serve the public or customers that you profit off of that assist in keeping your doors open....

I've gone in here a few times. The food is as good as I expected. Mexi fast food, a little greasy, but tasteful and filling. The prices are reasonable. The ordering process, speaker function, and rude service turned me off. I returned 3 times to give it another chance, and this just got worse. I tried to ask a question re menu items, while ordering and the answer is I don't know, do you want to order or not. After ordering, and driving up to window the girl there was rude, said she didn't know what was on the "menu board" she never read it. Apparently there is also a charge if you use a card which is not indicated on menu anywhere, just taped note on window, so after you order, if you don't have cash, you pay, or drive away. Last time I almost drove away. I asked the girl for manager so I could ask her/him about this, she said no one could talk to me, and she didn't really care! Ok,...

I really want the owner to know that your staff is rude. My husband paid for a drink and I asked for a water cup twice. The girl handed it to me and said as such " I'm giving you a water cup, but if you put soda in it I'm going to start charging!" Maybe she should learn to rephrase what she is trying to say. Because that was rude and I will NEVER go back. It's your problem if you put the soda machine out for people to get their own. If you don't like the people that cheat and get a free 6 oz cup of soda then put it in the back with you. I paid $20 for two breakfast burritos and one soda. Pretty high cost for eggs and ham but I refuse to be treated as if I did something wrong when all I asked for is a water cup. This place is never busy and I know why now. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN, BECAUSE THERE ARE OTHER PLACES TO EAT AND NOT BE TREATED...
