The Custer service individuals are nice and helpful I would give them 5 stars. The reason I'm giving 1 star on this review is because this system at it foundation is totally broken, I'm specifically talking about the judgement, hearing process where you speak to a "judge " of sorts. It's a complete kangaroo style court where your former employers can simply lie and it will be taken as evidence. Judgments are dictated by the institution's policy that resemble a form of our court system and indeed holds a trial in like fashion. Because no lawyers or legal counsel of any type is offered, yet they hold them selves very much like a court that has power to issue real punishments. I see this system as a predatory arm acting for the state. There is interest on repayments if you are found needing to pay back the state this in itself is a punishment and an abuse of those who came to ask for help. I say this because as stated above the whole system is very much so a kangaroo court but this doesn't hurt the state it hurts you, because you are made to defend your innocents without counsel or help unless you yourself procure it. The standard is much lower and the punishments are real.

Be prepared for you employer to lie, be prepared to read everything carefully, and for a very stressful process in many cases of you have to use this...

Myself I have experienced both rude & awesome workers at this location ,Let's just say "they get the.job done & in a timely fashion .I have no majorU complaints matter of fact they in the past 9 months I have had great service 4 out of 5 times.the one time I thought things went too smoothly ? We'll they did n't my stamps ended up being suspended &before I realized they had sent a notice ( Because I was reassured everything was good until at least 6 mo .out ) when I saw the notice I assumed (yeah I Know ) IT WAS A LETTER OF APPROVAL,. THEY CLOSED MY CASE & STOPPED MY FOOD STAMPS . SO I INQUIRED ABOUT THIS IN PERSON OF CORSE THE SAME PERSON WAS NOT THERE .I BELIEVE SHE WAS JUST FILLING IN WHILE WORKED TOOK LUNCH ? OR WENT HOME EARLY./WAS OUT SICK ANY WAY I IM OUT $100 ,00 FOOD MONEY ! BECAUSE MY F.S. COME 8TH, BUT THEY START THERE FIGURING ROM 1ST OF MONTH & SO THEY PRORATED THEM AND ONLY GAVE ME $137.00 I WENT FOOD SHOPPING Came to $139-ish I WAS ALL PROUD OF MYSELF I FINALLY MASTERED STOPPING AT SAID AMOUNT ,AS TO HAVE FOOD $ FOR 2ND Half of month &IN CASE ELECTRICITY WENT...

So I came to this office for the “quick service and staff” per the reviews ie : the landscape. My observation thus far is the security guard is a dick.

It’s a family administration office but you get annoyed when children cry? Tell me why the hell you are are wearing a thigh gun hostler- with taser - you sit in a AJ DES office all day working for Superior guard staffing- getting paid to eat chips,Play on your phone , and harass people in need. Wrong job bro. Tuck in your shirt.

As adults we know how to place our phones on silent and I believe most of us can read the 10 signs placed In The lobby. Find a polite way to address people. Furthermore- a beep is not indicative to a cell phone not being on silent. relax.

Funny thing is this Guard doesn’t harass everyone about their cell phone being on silent - but he sure makes sure to “address” every black persons or minority thru the door.

Though the doors open at 7 more than have the staff doesn’t get in...
