Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Arizona

My family has always been fans of Filibertos. We have never had an issue with the food at this location, until tonight. We ordered a kids bean burrito, a Carnita burrito and 2 Carne Asada burritos.

My Carne Asada tasted like the meat was left in the greasy pan overnight. I took a couple bites and my stomach turned, and to top it off, all 3 burritos were cold.. the only one that was hot was the kids burrito.

When I tried to call the restaurant to let them know that there was something terribly wrong with their meat, the phone goes straight to a voice-mail without even ringing. The automated voice reads off the phone number, doesn't even acknowledge that it is Filibertos. I am so disappointed, and the fact that I cannot get ahold of anyone tells me I will...

Very rude, very unprofessional employee. I didn't even want to proceed to order... I asked for a chorizo burrito they didn't have it, then I asked what other breakfast burrito they have and serve. - The employee completely ignored me I started hearing shuffling like he went to the grill or something after telling me no chorizo burrito. I sat there patiently, then asked again only to have him shout "what!?" (Annoyed that I asked) because I'm sure he already had hoped I left lol...... Like are you kidding me? NEVER will I ever deal with being disrespected for a simple question, went to senior taco instead. Better salsa anyways never been there before sooo will be going back there instead of this dump...

Worst dining experience in a while. Used to love this place, would come in every week or so. Won't be back anytime soon after tonight. We ordered a pint of rice, they brought out the pint half full and tried to tell my husband that's just how they serve it. They filled the container with all the burnt, crusty pieces from the bottom of the pan. All of the rice was like this. The combos were served with no beans rice, and the chimicha were served with hardly any meat. It was like eating fried bread with streaks of meat inside. We watched our food get cold while the cashier/server talked to the cook in back. Too bad we can't...
