Fitos Taco shop — Restaurant in Arizona

The audacity!! I went in to order a burrito for carry out. The burrito was $11.95 . I paid with a $20 . A girl with dark hair and braces rang me up and didn’t give me my change . She took it out if the drawer and immediately put it in the tip jar ! Without even asking if she could have it . I said , “ Wait , how much was it ? I gave you a $20 and you didn’t give me any money back.” She replied , “ Oh , you want your money back ? “ I was so shocked at how entitled she felt that she could just keep my money, without me giving her permission to keep it as a tip . I tell her yes, I do want my change . I always leave a tip , even when it’s carryout, but it’s my choice ! She then proceeded to give me just coins , no bills. Again , I tell her that I paid with a $20 and I ask for a receipt . She opens the drawn again and gives me my correct change . Was she trying to rip me off ? Did she think I wouldn’t even realize that she put my money in the tip jar ? I don’t know . All I know is that she’s never getting a tip from me because I’m never going...

So I came in to place an order last night ended up getting three burritos and some rolled tacos. The burritos themselves tasted good, but they were like oddly shaped and very long and also very empty. At least three of my bites were 100% tortilla. No meat or anything else in it maybe everything slid down.? I have no clue it was super weird. Apparently the rolled tacos were the same thing. Basically empty no meat in them. So like crunchy tortilla chips rolled up with very very, very little guac on top but a lot of cheese. Plus an almost 2 dollar surcharge to use my debit card lmfao definitely now consumer friendly idk if they do that cause this place is on its last leg but it def feels like thats the case. Like think foot long burritos either way nothing in 5 inches of it and you’ve got what we got. It was definitely different. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t come back.

Also one of their employees was actively parked in the handicap space with zero handicap parking permits on or even near their car....

One evening I placed an order for my family and I. When I got home my wife went through the bag to separate everyone's meal. She asked, didn't you get anything? And I replied, yes 5 rolled tacos. Well needless to say my order wasn't in there. I called immediately and the lady told me I could come back and get my order of rolled tacos. Or I could come the next morning and pick them up.when I went this morning to get my order of rolled tacos I was told that I could not get my order that I was promised until the next shift came on. so I had to again purchase five more roll tacos and I did not receive the one I paid for the previous evening. To add insult to injury the food from the previous night was also cold. Very bad customer service. Empty promises were given. Going forward I do not recommend going to this restaurant and at least for myself and my family we will no longer be getting any food from that restaurant.
