McDonald's — Restaurant in Arizona

Well it was 9/16/23 I couldnt believe just how bad the place i used to work would have changed in 13 years . I went there in hopes to get me my favorite sandwich the fish sandwich it was late that night around 7:17pm if i remeber correctly ,I always ask for it to be dropped fresh because its fish i was the only one in line that night and i didnt ask them to drop it freash this time because its been fresh everytime ive been in there before this night . I ordered 2 of them got my order went home and as soon as i went to take a bite i didnt even make it thru the bite when i felt it and stopped biting down my fish was so old it was like fish jerky i got my two sandwiches and took them back asked to speak to the Manager Michael and when i told him and yes i was upset he told me he was going to drop me fresh fish now but since he didnt like me telling him about what his crew had done by holding timers past the time will kill someone he needs to stop that because there was a little boy who recently died god rest his little soul because he ate a Burger that was to old theres a safety zone for all foods and this little boy parish due to this same mistake his crew is doing . Then the manager Michael truns right in front of me and tell the cook not to hold fish timers i said really you guys are not aloud to hold timers it can kill some one then i told him ill take my money back for my sandwiches and he said well i would have dropped you fresh but since you came here telling me how we're hold timers ill give you your money back well as i waited for him to give me back the money for my two jerkey fish sandwich he says to me when was tge last time i worked there at MacDonald's i told never mind when i worked he needs to work on make to orders becsuse thats how you save on food cost at night because thats the manger position i worked. So as im dtill waiting he did know how to refund me the money for just the 2 fish sandwiches so he just gave me all my money back for my whole order ,but what he dodnt realize is he just cut the owner Mr. Martinez short because i only wanted 2 fish sandwiches refunded not my whole order and who picks up the lost Mr. Martinez the man that pays him to not do a good job at his store in Springerville Arizona what a great employee my order was over 50...

So I ussually order a mobile order and order literally 15-20 minutes ahead of time and ITS STILL NOT READY AND I have to wait sometimes it was but today the mobile app was not working AT ALL so I go to order inside and there is no customers at all ahead of me and I kid you not..I'm in a hurry and nobody will take my order, the manager literally walked by me and said give me a minute then walks to the back then 2 girls walked in and then another guy (separately) and 2 or 3 minutes later she walks back to the front right past me straight to the bathroom I can not believe this there is other workers around a lot of them ..I used to work at McDonald's I was 9 months pregnant and having contractions and still took people's orders it takes 2 seconds just to take my order. I never give bad reviews I'm just in shock that this happened I had to leave finally the mobile order worked so I placed my order through mobile app then went to Starbucks which took a good 8 minutes and come to pick up my order and thank goodness it was ready I just had to make my drink, although the girls that came after me had JUST barely got there order the other guy that was after them must have left cause it took to long cause he was the last in line. Maybe she just really had to go to the bathroom but she easily could have had someone take our order but she just did not care. Sorry I don't want anyone to get in trouble but if you can be better...

I understand I showed up to your store late. But April was taking my order and I was not pleased with the situation at all. We pulled up at 10:45 and we politely ask for a minute to look over the menu. April proceeds to ask if we are ordering Fry's. Thought it was kind of weird but I understand. You have to clean and prep for the night. But it wasn't followed with an order when your ready or even an acknowledgement when I told her I was ordering fries. So when we are ready to order my fiánce who is driving says to me, she isn't answering. So we wait a few minutes and she says hello. Just curious if April forgot about us or she was busy. And April literally says back to us with quite a bit of attitude "what" so finish our order and she asks us. Is that all with similar attitude. And tells us our total with attitude. So we pull up to the window and when we see her I figured maybe she was just busy or having a bad say. But her and the manager on shift are laughing and joking and they were pointing at the window at us. I asked for some extra sauce and she was rude to me again. They didn't salt the fries or put salt in the bag. Overall I was highly dissatisfied with this visit and honestly will probably never stop at this McDonald's again. I feel that your employees don't give customers the proper respect...
