If you’re going to eat at this restaurant go to the one on Alvernon not the one on roger. Yesterday I ordered from the Roger location and the order was wrong. They gave me 15 dollars credit and today I went in again to the Roger location because I was at my friends and thought wings will be good. First off, I waited from the time I ordered to the time I left for about an hour. While waiting there I get to here an employee with dark hair and dark brown eyebrows try and get a customer to be with her mom. It was very uncomfortable to sit next to and listen to. Telling him “I take care of you so you make sure to take care of me” as she slips him the bill... very unprofessional. I finally receive my food and when I get to my friends my wings are soggy like they had been sitting there forever and were mostly bone. On top of that disappointment, they had forgotten a part of the order. I call because the day before they offered to bring me the right order but I was already on the east side of town, so I think why would it be an issue now. The employee made no effort to make anything right except “I can come in”. I ask if she can see if she can deliver it and she rudely says “ya I’ll see. All the drivers are busy. I’ll call if we can” keep in mind she only said she would call after I insisted. Baffled by how rude she was being I asked to speak to the manager. She refuses to let me talk to him and then says she will have the manager call me when they could... no surprise I never received a call. Then when I asked what her name was and even had to ask twice both times she refused. This is totally inappropriate, unprofessional behavior and I will not be going to that location again. This was one of the worst customer service I have ever received. I hope they look at this employees behavior because it was totally out of line for a professional business... and let me add I never got my order fixed at all by this employee. Truly...
Read moreHate having to give a star in order to leave a review. It's been at least 13 days since I was told I would receive a refund. Still haven't gotten it. Ordered 2 Italian sandwiches with cheese and no peppers. Waited the 35 minutes to pick it up. It was a very straight forward order. Once I got it home both sandwiches had peppers. Neither of us could eat it. I called to let them know that the order was incorrect. The girl on the phone talked to the manager and I was offered 50% off my next order which left me without dinner that night or they'd replace the order the only issue was they couldn't give me an estimated time of when it would be delivered because they were busy. I understand being busy, but if a customer has already paid, waited the 35 minutes and the order wasn't right..... they normally become a priority to make the order right. That was definitely not the case. After I asked for a refund they said they would send a driver to pick up the food that couldn't be eaten. No big deal. Only after waiting a couple hours I had to call and ask when they would be coming to get the food. Again they couldn't give me an estimate. I'm sorry but some people work early in the morning and can't stay up all night or sit around all night waiting for a restaurant to come pick up food that they messed up the order hours and hours prior. So not only did I go through that whole ordeal but now I still haven't been refunded. It wasn't the first time my order was messed up. They've managed to mess up orders so many times but normally they're decent at handling the situation. This time.... after being treated this way we will never be ordering...
Read moreThis is hands down the worst pizza place I have ever been exposed to. I cannot rate the food as we never received our food. We went here with our baseball team to celebrate a win. Waitress wrote the orders on a paper plate. As a coach I let the kids and families go first. She had to turn the plate over to write my order. We waited an hour before anyone came to ask us if we were ok. All the kids and parents had eaten. She asked if we wanted to order something. I stated we di order food and I would like to know how much longer. She argued that we did not order food. I stated we did and in fact she had taken our order. She went an grabbed the paper plate she used as stationary to show us we did not order. To her surprise I had to show her my order was written on the back of the plate. She simply replied "oops" would you like to order now? It had been over an hour and everyone left. The only positive is they comped my sons lemonade. YEAH! Manager never even came to talk to us or anything. We will NEVER eat at this establishment again (Or try to, we never actually ate here as our food never made it to the kitchen.) Accidents and mistakes happen. How you respond to them is crucial. I do not nor did I ask for anything for free. However, to wait another hour for food is ridiculous. To not have the courtesy to come out of the kitchen and talk to us is poor leadership. Disappointed as name is everything in a small town and I feel like somewhere a long the line your business lost that care. Just my opinion of course. Food did smell amazing!!!!
