Wendy's — Restaurant in Arizona

If I could give this zero stars I would. This place it the most ghetto Wendy's on all of Tucson. The staff are rude and snarky. Stopped here after going to the fair. Was told they had no ice but I could go next door to the Chevron. Also they were out of all sauces except sweet and sour and the soda bar was a mess no ketchup in the container but all over the counter though. When I left to go around since the gate between the 2 was closed, I was locked out. The manager went behind me and locked me out. Had to knock several times before she let me back in and told me the door can not be left unlocked. Got let back in, tried going to get ice, some other worker told me he didn't know why the manager told me I could get ice over, the rolled his eyes shrugged his shoulders and walked away arguing with me when I said the manager told me I could. When I was able to finally get ice I tried to tell the dude at Chevron thank you he as well muttered under his breath, and laughed with the other ride dude. If it wasn't for my son and his friend being so hungry from the fair I would of demanded my money back and went somewhere else. Even when I was standing at the counter waiting and making sure the workers didn't do anything to my food, the rude worker asked "what do you want now" never ever come back here again and will spread over all social media to stay away. So, I order from Grubhub, pretty frequently, and I ordered Wendy's today, now, I enjoy Wendy's so much. But, most of the time, that I order from them something always seems to go wrong with my order leaving me somewhat unsatisfied. I ordered, for mayonnaise to be put in my burgers and I got two cups full of mayonnaise, and that was not pleasant to see. I ordered a junior meal and I got a large drink for one of my orders. I wanted a combo meal and was only offered the option to have a small one and I wanted it to be a large. I asked my driver to ask them for no ice in my drinks and my drive did, ask, and the attendee told my driver there wasn't a lot of ice in my drinks and they wouldn't fix my drinks, for her. When I received my drinks they were watered down and after removing the ice myself from my cups my drinks were half full. I tried calling the location and it seemed to me that when I called the location the phone was answered and immediately hung up I called three time. I am an unsatisfied customer. With this location I don't deserve to have this negligent treatment, not when I am the paying customer. I was offered a partial refund through Gurbhub. But, none-the-less this location needs better customer...

During a conversation a short time ago someone was extolling the virtues of Wendy’s burgers over other fast food so I told him I’d give it a try and see for myself.

While it’s typical that the food you get never looks as appealing in as the advertising photo, in my opinion it shouldn’t look totally unappealing. I admit that while my thoughts were already negative, if it had tasted decent I might have changed my mind about the burger. At first bite it coated my tongue and throat in a rather distasteful layer of grease. I took another bite and it added another layer. Then I loaded it up with a lot more ketchup in an attempt to mask the grease nastiness. It didn’t really work. Zero stars for the burger.

Sorry Phil, I know you enjoy them but this was a total let down for me.
