McDonald's — Restaurant in Arkansas

I am here at the play place with all of my kids and several other families worth of kids and I think the staff here qualify for saint hood. It’s a little noisy but it’s a bunch of little kids having a blast and I don’t think there is another place in town for little kids this late in the evening. There are a ton of orders going through but the staff is hustling to get everything out as fast as possible. They are stressed and understaffed but still working extremely hard. We ordered ice cream and had to wait a little bit because of the rush, but it’s no biggie because the kids are playing anyway. The young lady that brought it over said they normally have people get mad and yell for having to wait. I told her I appreciate her bringing it over and it was no problem at all. I can’t think of an act of kindness I can do except to leave a review thanking them for their hospitality. I really enjoy bringing my kids here to play in the play area and it is the true main reason as to why I go to this McDonald's no matter which side of town I'm on at that time. The staff so far have all been really friendly and helpful. I haven't had any of my orders messed up in quite some time here now. But then again, it seems to happen. Only when I go through the drive through at night. I put only 3 stars on the chart regarding food because it's McDonald's. There really isn't too much to say about normal burgers and nuggets. What I could say though is that for the price of everything currently including here, the price is kinda ridiculously high, but that's inflation for ya though. Overall, I recommend this one and if you have kids, please read the included section of my review about the kid-friendless. Placed order happy meal, 2 breakfast burritos, mcgriddle and 2 mcdoubles. Paid,l and was handed the happy meal and told to pull forwarded with no time speak. The happy meal was missing a fry and cold. I asked a person handing food out to the other waiting customers if they could get us the missing fry. I was told no a small fry is actually 2 small fries. Ok, I don't work there, maybe so. After 8 minutes of waiting, I asked if we could get fresh fries and nuggets for the happy meal so it would not be cold when the other food arrived. I was informed that they would get their manager. The manager came to the window all angry asking what we wanted. After explaining that I only wanted fresh fries for the happy meal, as to not have half cold food she reluctantly replaced my fries. This was a horrible way to spend 30 minutes...
