YAY! So excited to have Bowlba! Located in the heart of downtown Arlington, this is the BEST place to find flavor-packed Asian soup options with a variety of soup bases and noodles. The option to customize any soup is great, but their signature soups are the perfect place to start if you want to try it all. I loved the Chinese Five Spice signature soup, so much flavor and just the right amount without feeling too full. I added heat from the spice table, and their vinegar soaked jalenpenos to add in were chefs kiss! We also enjoyed the Japanese Miso Ramen.
Of course we also ordered bobas - Mango milk tea (was the BEST my daughter ever had and she's quite the expert), my Thai Iced tea was perfection as well. Bobas are also highly customizable from ice amount to sweetness level.
It was just under $50 for two soups and two drinks, so we might not be able to make this is routine option but for special treats it...

He got two build your own bowls and a Thai milk tea with tapioca pearls. The food didn't take too long to prepare. We loved how they separated the broth and the noodles/ingredients into separate containers. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The tea was delicious and not overly sweet. Definitely just what I needed when my throat was sore and hurting. It wasn't too hot and the perfect meal for a cold, snowy, winters day. We are so happy to see such a wonderful little noodle shop right in the heart of Arlington. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for the...

I ordered a build your own bowl and to be honest it was pretty bland. I got Miso base and it was okay. Maybe I didn’t pair the right things together but wasn’t the noodles I’ve had. It’s the closest place to ramen since there isn’t any ramen places in Arlington or Darrington. Otherwise super cute place. Was pretty spendy $26 for 1 person for pretty average noodles. I’d go again if they had more soup...
