Ho Ho Kitchen — Restaurant in Arlington

I was hesitant to order from here because of some of the reviews about their customer service. However I just went here and I am sooo happy with my experience. The woman who cashiered the front was polite and friendly and a great leader who guided the cooks to make my food. Everybody is working and doing what they are suppose to do. The interior is small and cozy and cleaned to perfection which I LOVE. I love a clean environment It just shows how much they care. And the food... IS SOO YUMMY!!! They give big portions and many choices. I love how they give us the choice between fried rice or regular rice instead of just regular rice like most other Chinese restaurant do, they also give egg roll or choice of soup for their lunch special. Prices are very great too. I'm thankful they are so close to me and I will definitely return with more people to give more business to them. These guys are great and totally deserve it! The only thing that needs to change is their packaging. I was lucky that none of my food spilled like some unfortunate people. They use white styrofoam packaging but they need to switch to tight sealed plastic like other Chinese restaurants have. This will make spills/mess completely avoidable and not based on luck. Love this place food is always delicious. It's like Arlingtons little secret. The staff is good and answer any questions you have. Everytime we've gone we always get hot fresh food. Well not the basic stuff like rice soup or egg rolls but the main meals are always delicious. The picky eater in our family loves the food so that's saying a lot. I would suggest changing the Togo containers but hey I'm sure they have been using the same ones for years and they are probably cost effective for the restaurant. If you hit one bump wrong and there is any sauce on your food it will leak out the sides of the container into the bag. It doesn't really matter but it made me a little sad. I've been eating there for over 20 years. Never had a bad meal. Always cooked to order, always fresh, hot meals, they cater to your liking, very very reasonable prices for lunch and dinner, family owned and operated,. Try them once and you're hooked. Try their soups, the wings with house sauce is a must. Very conservative where you have to pay 10 cents for their cup if you order water, which i do not mind as well as a great lunch to order with rice, soup and egg roll for under 10 dollars.
