Burger Basket & Grill — Restaurant in Arlington

DESERVES 0 STARS!!! Will NEVER go back... I ordered a breakfast burrito and explicitedly stated bacon egg and cheese only. I also ordered 2 other breakfast plates. Now mind you while ordering the owner recognized me as someone who has been there before. So when the burrito came out it had onions in it. This was my 6 year old daughter's meal. My and my mom's meals came out about 3 minutes before the burrito. I take the burrito back and tell the cashier that I wanted bacon egg and cheese only. I also tell the manager when he walks up at the same time. He says ok they will fix it. I go back to our table to wait. After about 5 minutes the cashier says from behind the counter that I can get my money back because the cook keeps skipping over making my burrito. I go to the counter and the cook tells me he has other orders cooking and can't cook it. When the manager passes I tell him what his cook just told me. He says yes it will take a few minutes to make while his cook is behind him shrugging his shoulders and shaking his head no. I'm like wth?!?! My daughter had not eaten and was upset. I just said forget it and got my money back. I am absolutely disgusted with this treatment. I'm shocked because I talked this place up so much to my mom before we went in. Not anymore! I will not spend...

My husband and I came to order lunch for ourselves and our son. We asked the person at the drive through box to give us a moment to decide. They rushed us to the window and we didn’t know really what to order. It was so disappointing to experience the lack of hospitality, that my husband didn’t order anything for himself. There wasn’t even a menu at the window to clearly decide on what to order from all of the options. The food is great. But the old man’s hospitality and the old lady’s hospitality was horrendous!! No empathy towards customers trying to decide what they wanted. It was very hurried and rushed like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Total for 2 of their #1’s with medium drinks was around $18. A bit pricey considering we can go to Al’s Hamburgers nearby and receive way better hospitality and better...

Okay. I absolutely love this place, BUT everytime I come here, I get charged a different price. EVEN if its the exact same order as before. 😞 So i decided to ask for a menu. Fyi* there are prices on the windows surrounding the building* . Menu says 5.29, window says 5.69. But our total went from being $12-14 (if we add cheese or grits ) to $16 to today when we paid $18-19 to add a $1.89 breakfast bun..... we added this up about 3x.

Other than that, the food is amazing the wait is sometimes extremely long but worth it. We eat here about 3x a week and the owner always remembers us and the staff is nice. Just not too happy about these "make up whatever prices" im having to pay for a meal i got here cheaper and can get else...
