Ensenada Square — Local services in Arlington

This is one of three Kroger stores in my vicinity, Fielder ST and Lamar ST being the other two. I like the small old school aesthetic of this location. I also like the employees here. They are far more friendlier and more helpful than the Lamar ST location. Lamar ST customer service desk has the worst lead or assistant manager who is the least helpful person ever. The main problem with this Bowen location is the same with all the locations. Kroger insists on putting essential foods like milk, meat, fruits and vegatable at the most affordable in the digital coupon section. That wouldn't be a problem if Kroger stores in general would have enough supply for the demand. Otherwise I have been told that they are not allowed to write rainchecks for digital items. That said, if they don't have it then you are out of luck. I went in for milk one time and they said someone came in and bought all the milk they had. Limitations Kroger... I have been going to this store since about 2005 and it is one of my favorite stores but since I moved I will not be coming back there for a long time. Mostly all of them ploys know me and they are very kind and friendly and professional. Also whenever they have someone there who acts really cocky and nasty, they always end up gone. They keep people who are very nice and friendly and professional. Because we are the ones who keep their doors open when we spend our money there. So far they have been amazing all of these years. One visit and you will not need my review to understand the level of disrespect this site can offer. Anything from one way entry and exit at all times guess, that's a sign right there to employees complaining to customers or each other about the store or anything else could be discussed at any moment with no regard to who is listening.
