This is such a great little locally owned restaurant! I’m from Southern California and appreciate good Asian/japanese food that’s hard to find in Arlington 😅.. not only is it super tasty and freshly made food but it’s also very affordable (especially the lunch specials!)! Our kids loved the ramen katsu, chicken fried rice, and California rolls, so yummy!! It’s a smaller restaurant so not a lot of seating for a big party but perfect for a family meal or date. Owner and waiter were very kind, helpful (gave the kids little chopstick helpers), and generous too (it was my daughter’s birthday and they gave the kids free ice cream)! We plan to be back again soon!!

This place was worth trying! I had the agedashi tofu, not very flavorful by itself, but it was good with the sauce. Edamame (a small appetizer of your choice) came free with the online order. The seafood yakisoba wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t my favorite. The shaggy dog roll was good. I liked the volcano roll as well, there was a lot of different ingredients to that one and it was very flavorful. The salmon sashimi was very good & were fresh, thick cuts. The shrimp tempuras had too much breading & looked huge.

Absolutely loved my experience! Really cute atmosphere. The service was excellent and attentive and the food was wonderful. Very nice presentation as well. We had a large party and everyone loved the food. From the bento boxes to the sushi to the teriyaki chicken. Raves for the jalapeño poppers. They also have their own awesome delivery drivers so you don’t have to mess around with the 3rd party services. This spot is definitely going in the rotation

Such bad attitude, I USED TO order delivery from here at least once a week. Last time I went in we were give such a bad attitude. I specifically said the tempura shrimp roll and they came out with the regular shrimp roll. All I said was "Oh, I ordered the shrimp tempura roll" and he had the most snarky tone and said "Well you should say it next time, the tempura roll and the shrimp roll are two very different things." Everyone at the table heard me say the tempura one, so I don't understand his attitude. I was not being unreasonable either. I even paid for both; however, I will never be bringing my business to here ever again.

UPDATE: Decided to revisit this place because I moved back. Food is good and service is much better. Did not see the rude guy there this time.

UPDATE 2: Visited again and got a female server this time. She hardly paid attention to me— had to keep calling her over and she gave me the wrong drink also. Was more busy talking to a guy at the counter than paying attention to her customers. Still tipped her 20% and she decided to add onto the tip that I just saw on my statement and hiked it up to 30%........ You’re lucky it’s only a few dollars so I’m not going to make a huge ordeal but that is beyond disgusting and FRAUD. You hardly paid attention to me and you were lucky to receive the 20% at all and you have the audacity to raise it to 30%? Do...

My family and I moved into the neighborhood a couple of months ago and had found this place about two weeks ago. My wife and I are on our last day of vacation and decided to try to finally hit this place up, since our kids don't like Japanese style food, yet. We went during lunch and it was practically empty! We both ordered the Lunch Bento Box except my wife had the chicken teriyaki and I had the salmon teriyaki. MAN OH, MAN, it was AMAZING! The teriyaki sauce was perfect and not overpowering like other places! That salmon was freaking delicous! The spicy tuna roll that I had was nice and cool and very fresh! My wife kept asking if I was ok cause I didn't talk much to her. LOL! Even the tea so good, that the gentleman refilled it 3 times. Also, those mason jars they pour the drinks into are cool looking! I literally emptied my plate and started attacking my wife's plate! Her chicken was just as great as my salmon. It was nice and juicy! Overall, the place was really nice and enjoyable! Our waiter, I didn't catch his name, but I noticed he has on braces, sorry sir, was very well on point coming to us making sure we were very well taken care of! We're for sure coming back and for sure will be ordering online. Happy we found this gem! Keep up the...

I absolutely LOVE their chicken fried rice and yum yum sauce. It has been a go-to comfort takeout order of mine for years. Recently, I have tried other menu items and have been extremely underwhelmed and disappointed.

I ordered the combo yakisoba and sunomono salad. The yakisoba as a whole was delicious, but any time I've ordered a dish with beef, it has been extremely tough and overcooked. Maybe pass on the beef.

The sunomono salad is "cucumber salad topped with (imitation, which is 100% fine) crab meat and boiled shrimp." I got a small container of raw sliced cucumbers, a small amount of crab, and no shrimp. It did come with a soy sauce on the side. I love cucumber salad.. when it's made as cucumber salad - with vinegar, oils, spices! I ended up mixing most of it into my yakisoba.

I've been ordering takeout from here since they opened and am usually in love with everything I get! Maybe I just picked the wrong things this time.

The calamari is awesome. The fried octopus is awesome. Sushi is only okay.

Everyone is also...
