I would give this Starbucks location 100 plus stars if given the option. 👍😎👍😎👍 This restaurant was very neat, clean and well-organized. 😎 The atmosphere of the store was warm and inviting. 😀 There was plenty of space to sit down and enjoy my coffee. 😁 There was not a long wait in the line. 🙂The cashier/server was extremely nice, friendly, patient, kind and efficient and did an excellent job of taking my order, preparing my order, and serving me. 😎 I noticed they brought a customer's refill over to his table, which was going above and beyond what was written in the server's job duties. 😎 The cashier/server also brought me my refill, which was very nice of her to do. 😁 By the way, if you use the Starbucks Rewards app, you can get as many refills on hot coffee and hot tea as you'd like for free (well for 54 cents, which is the cost of the new lid and cup), as long as you remain in the store. So I ordered one venti hot coffee, and literally got my two refills for free. So that's three large coffees I enjoyed at this Starbucks location, two of which were free. Read moreI moved to Arlington Heights a decade ago but avoided this store at all cost. I love coffee and I really like Starbucks in general. This store has a long and periodic history of training or hiring staff that make cappuccino identical to lattes. It's fine if you are a latte fan but for the rest of us, we didn't want that cup of milk because we ordered the foam.
More concerning is the trend of out right stealing and bad customer service. Now a days, this store will take your order & money and not producing a coffee. Which is what happened today. After ordering from my computer (my work situation does not allow for phone apps) the coffee was not produced, I returned to the shop a second time and was told that I didn't place the order right & that it never reached the store. My third trip down, I was armed with my laptop/notebook which verified my order to this store. My compensation for not getting my order and driving to the store 3 times was no coffee (because they didn't offer) and no refund because they claim they couldn't refund a to go order not...
Read moreI live literally 3 minutes away and love coming here for my morning cup of coffee. The Morning staff is very friendly. But, why.. why.. why.. is it sooo hard to go during the evenings??? I am most certain the girls behind the counter have something against Latina women. This has been going on for quite some time now. It's infuriating that my husband had to experience this tonight November 9th about 2 hours before closing. I never felt the need to speak of it to him as I sincerely felt sad for the girls. Anyway, point is that While he sat on one of the available tables he realized the girl behind the counter preferred to ignore me.
