Boston Pizza & Gyro — Restaurant in Arlington

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Placed an online order and instead of getting a call from the restaurant to say they were out of an item they just completely canceled my order. When I went into the restaurant to ask why the guy told me it wasn’t his problem because the website isnt ran by them and then proceeded to laugh in my face. When I asked for my money back or if I could just order something else to replace the item they were missing he got extremely aggressive and started yelling asking if I was from America and if I knew how refunds work. To top it all off as my boyfriend and I drove away we had to stop at the red light in front of the restaurant. The employee stood in the window telling boyfriend to get out of our car to fight him. Disgusting staff and absolutely disgusting...

Of the 5 or so times I've tried ordering from here on Doordash/slice, 4 of the times the order has been cancelled because "they are closed", even though it was well before the closing time. I've pretty much given up on ordering from here at this point.

I am assuming they are under new management due to the name change and the inability to order online. This place was much better when it was Yassou, and I'm sad to see this happen to such a good pizza place.

I don't think changing to a VERY generic name is helpful. Imagine someone says "let's eat at Boston pizza". It isn't immediately obvious where that is (especially considering that we aren't in Boston). It's sad to see a local pizza place, who had made very good pizza, lose it's identity - especially given the fact that you can't...

Grabbed a few quick slices. Thin crust, very hard edges/crust. The grease really ruined it for me. The taste was a bit stale. Didn’t have that fresh taste in my opinion. I had patted the slice down... but it was still drenched in oil. Whatever cheese is being used- it is VERY oily. If you look closely at my photo, you can actually catch a big drop of oil dripping from the pizza. Sadly, I had to give my slice to my boyfriend to finish. I don’t do well with a lot of cheese and a lot of oil. I’m not from around this area but around my way- pizza is never usually this greasy. I ended up with a tummy ache. Review based solely on pizza. Didn’t try any other item...
