Subway — Restaurant in Arlington

The parking lot smells awful due to the dumpsters in the area. There were two older ladies working the line and they were quite abrupt, possibly rude with the customers. They ignored in-person customers without greeting as they prioritized online orders. They did not know the new menu and took multiple minutes each reading the new menu to complete one sandwich. They could not multi-task - going so far as to cut off several customers when the customer started telling them which veggies they would like. "I won't be able to remember that." One lady said that several times. They ignored the customer in front of them and spoke to each other about the progression of the sandwiches as they passed the sandwiches between meat and veggies line. Over all customer service was pretty disappointing. The sandwich I got from the new menu, the Mexicali was really not good at all. I don't know if it was just because it didn't have enough sauce or something but I was pretty disappointed. Me and my frien also got fountain drinks and they were both not good either. Pretty sad. Just went like an hour ago I'm so disappointed my bread was old, I got a Turkey and cheese pretty simple. I love sandwiches this is the second time I went and my sandwich sucked. The bread I ordered white bread was old the meat/cheese ratio is so off mostly bread, I got the butt of the pickle (yukky) I got the butt of the tomato and the butt of the yellow banana pepper. My main issue was my bread was old and I got the ends of everything. Like can I get the (not the end) of veggies. FRESH BREAD lol come on Subway check your employees. I am not sure who owns this but I know your losing money due to the lack of freshness and the lack of employees with any kind of motivation or good customer service. When we walked in the vibe was just BLAH. I should have went to the Chinese place next door for that and the price for 1 sandwich was high. Ppl don't eat here until they fix the freshness and gray cloud hanging above...

Sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub was delicious. Sandwich was made the way I ordered it online and was ready on time. The sweet sauce tasted very good, but too much was put on the sandwich. If I had ordered food in person, sure I would have been able to tell the workers to put less sauce.

Tried the Miss Vickie's Spicy Dill Pickle chips for the first time. They are very good. I needed a bigger bag! Perfect compliment to the sandwich...

Sprite was good, cold and fresh. Ice machine had plenty of ice.

The workers didn't greet and didn't speak when leaving, but they were very busy restocking the ingredients on the food table.

Store inside was clean and organized.

Part of entrance uncovered was littered with a lot of bird poop. Had to be careful not to step in it.
